Each day I am more and more pleased with my nose, best desision I have ever made! I know my initial review was insanely extensive, but I wanted to thouroughally walk you through the entire process start to finish. I will continue to update as time passes with more photos and comments. Every day I am feeling more and more beautiful in my own skin!

I'm thinking of doing one with him, but i am so nervous that its not going to be worth the money and that my nose will look the same.

cant agree more, nose looks so natural not fake like some are made to be!! Q was it open or closed surgery through nose?

Dr. Grigoryants preformed closed rhinoplasty. Which, as far as I know, is how he generally performs the surgery. I like that I don't have any visual scarring from the procedure. I also think it may be why I am recovering so fast and had so little pain!

Your before nose is very similar to my current (pre-op) nose--and your new nose is absolutely PERFECT! I am planning to book my surgery with Dr. G soon. I have a couple questions for you, if you don't mind... did you give him any direction/wish pics, or just let him do exactly what he wanted? Also, how long did you have to wait for your surgery after scheduling? Thank you! You're beautiful!

Hello Doll!
So I showed him only one quick, "I liked this nose on your instagram." Picture and he basically agreed and told me the modifications to that look he would do based on my personal anatomy. And we agreed on everything. I scheduled in may for September 7th, the timing was right for me to wait that long but I do remember them saying first available surgery at the time would have been a few months out anyways. Thank you so much! I'm so pleased with my results! As I'm sure you will be as well!

Yes he did the splints (the straw looking things) not the packing (the tampon looking things) which I think hugely attributed to the surgery causing me no pain. Thank you! I'm thrilled with it!
