Stress Free Breast Augmentation! -Los Angeles, CA

When I decided to have breast augmentation I set up a bunch of consultations through recommendations and online research. Dr. Rahban was recommended to me by my gynecologist and was the first consultation I had. I think I was there for about two hours and spent most of the time with him and then his assistant Sally. He was so thorough and made me feel extremely comfortable. I left feeling like he was the doctor for me. I then had them give me some referrals to speak with and they all raved about him and said "your boobs will be perfect if you go to him". I also saw my gyno again and she said that he is great because he has a good heart and cares about his patients. She also said a lot of surgeons in plastics can be sketchy and that he was definitely one of the good ones.

I have scoliosis and a chest bowl and because of this I feel like I was kind of a difficult/different patient but he never made me feel that way. He never seemed concerned and eased every concern that I had. I ended up cancelling my other consultations because I just knew he was my doctor and trusted him 110%. After my consult I was ready to get the surgery as soon as possible and everything has been great. In fact I was very relaxed and calm the entire time and I think a great part of that was because of Dr. Rahban. Anytime I was nervous, the second he was in the room I felt much better and safe. He is very particular/meticulous which took a lot of the pressure off of me because it felt like he cared just as much, if not more than me, that my new breasts were perfect. He is also super funny/dry which I appreciated.

Sally was also very helpful and I was able to email her or Dr. Rahban anytime I had a question and they got back to me pretty quickly. Dr. Rahban has a lot of patients which to me was a really good sign. I did the partial under through the areola silicone breast implant. I didn't have much breast tissue before and like I said I had a chest bowl so silicone was the best option for me to look the most natural. Now my chest bowl is hidden by the implants. Also he said sometimes patients with chest bowls have to worry about the implants pointing in towards the chest bowl or collapsing in. That did not happen at all with mine because he made sure it didn't. They are pretty perfect and it looks like my bone structure is almost completely normal because of my new breasts. Also he talked to me a lot about making them the perfect breast shape by putting the silicone implant partially under the muscle so that it looks more natural. Which if you are like me and have no breast tissue and no breast shape-- it's super important. I didn't want them to look like two balls sitting on my chest. They have already dropped a good amount and will continure to drop. They look pretty natural already considering I didn't have anything before. He said it takes about 3 months for them to drop and roll out.

He called me the night of my surgery to check up on me and answer any questions that I had. It's been six weeks and they already look really great. I really didn't want them to be very big-- I just wanted to feel more normal because of my unique bone structure and he did just that. He tried a bunch of different implants inside of me to make sure that he gave me the perfect size. He gave me the exact size that I wanted-- a full B. They are great because when I wear regular clothes they look how I used to look in my padded bras, but if I want cleavage or to look sexier, I definitely have that option now. I didn't want it to be a super noticeable change-- and now they are actually my breasts instead of padding. I can wear any bras or no bra and I look great in almost everything I've tried on. He gave me exactly what I wanted and asked for. The recovery hasn't been too bad either. I was more sore and uncomfortable than in pain. My scars already look really good and will probably not be visible in a couple of months. I felt really relaxed about the whole process and any worry that I had Dr. Rahban addressed and made it so that I was no longer stressed. I would definitely recommend him for your surgery and if I end up having another surgery I will definitely be calling him again. Also all the girls who work in his office are great and super friendly and I never waited very long when I was there.

Another thing I will say is that since going on this adventure I have met a lot of girls who have had breast augmentation and my journey seems to have been one of the best. A lot of other girls expressed that they were in a lot more pain or unhappy because of such and such. I also know a lot of women who cancelled their surgeries multiple times until they finally went through with it. I was so comfortable- that thought didn't even cross my mind. I was really calm the day of my surgery, which I was really surprised by... maybe because it was 6am and I was half asleep... I honestly had no major hiccups or problems. Everything has been super easy and I just left it in Dr. Rahban's hands. I'm so happy I chose him and trusted my gut that he was the doctor for me.

Having plastic surgery is a huge decision, but once I met Dr. Rahban it felt really easy, safe, and comfortable. Any anxiety I had about the surgery was squashed once I met him. It has been a great process and I have a lot more confidence now thanks to Dr. Rahban and I feel 100 times hotter! At least have a consultation with him-- you will not be sorry!!
