Rhinoplasty with Dr Grigoryants - Los Angeles, CA

I just did rhinoplasty with Dr Grigoryants on may 24. Great experience. I will post my photos when cast is off.

Day 1
Dr Grigoryants has light touch. After I woke up from surgery, I didn't feel pain. I could breath well with my nose. I only felt a little dizzy when I tried to get up. After I got up my nose started bleeding. And later I couldn't breath with my nose. At night, my face started to have a little bruise and swelling.

Day 2
This was the worst day. Under and between my eyes there were dark purple bruises. My whole face was swelling a lot.

Day 3
Today is much better. When I woke up in the morning, the majority of bruises and about half of swelling were already gone.

Day 4
Under my eyes the purple bruises are all gone. Under my left eye there is no swelling, under my right eye there is some swelling. My cheek is still swelling.

Day 5I had running nose all day. It is clear water mixed with a little bit blood. Around my eyes there is already no swelling, and the yellow bruise is gradually going away. My cheeks are still swelling.
Day 6Same as yesterday. Whole day I had running nose.
Day 7Today I had the cast off. When I got home from LA at midnight, my nose looked more natural than when the cast and stitches were taken away in the office. I was surprised that my nose changed to a better looking during just several hours. At night I slept well because I could use nose to breathe.
My nose tip is very swollen, it looked big and round. When I was in the waiting room of doctor's office, I saw that all the girls have beautiful nose, so I complained to Dr Grigoyants about that. He told me that those girls without cast are mainly for 1 year or 2 year post surgery visit, and that their noses used to be swelling too when their cast were off. Then he went out and find a girl and brought her to me. That girl told me that her nose was probably more swollen when her cast was off. 
Day 8Today it looked like my nose is a little bit more swollen than yesterday. 
Day 9Today when I woke up, the yellow bruise on my nose is almost gone. My cheeks are still swelling. 
I will update photos when it is 1 month.

Today I feel that my nose is not very tight and stiff. My nose and cheeks are a little less swollen.
