Question about how long the results would last

My understanding is the results are long term meaning permanent or as permanent as can be expected with skin that is always changing. My understanding is that the way the procedure works is the essence of a non surgical face lift. A lot will have to do with the Dr. performing the work...just like Botox injections....the ones with this Dr. last 3 times as long for me than going other places and it's the process. Depending on how I take care of myself, I expect the results will last years and years...but we all do get older.

I met Dr. Vartanian on the recommendation of a close friend. I called and asked for an appointment ...when I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly group, waiting area was well done and my wait time was zero...a Dr. in LA on time? wow.... We met in his office for over an hour and discussed my past, looked at old pictures from the past 10 years and I confessed my fear of Needles, Blood and anything medical. He made a full assessment of my medical condition and asked me what seemed like hundreds of questions but all sounded reasonable and important. Dr. Vartanian explained a few different procedures and actually told me more than I wanted to know....I just want to look a bit younger and feel good. ... We talked about many things and he recommended the Profound RF procedure which I agreed sounded great. I set a time and a month ago was my day. I got there and again no waiting was made to feel important...Dr. Vartanian explained the process of getting me "numb" and started his work...it was not painful but the concept for me having a needle or many needles injecting me had me freaked out yet he was fast gentle and one of the staff actually ...she held my hand and was doing everything to comfort me. The procedure involves a machine but by the time he started ....well I felt nothing. I was done about 90 minutes later and home I went. Dr. Vartanian called me about 10 PM that night, again the next day and afternoon to see how I was...he asked me to send him 4 pictures each day which I did for the first 2 weeks and he talked to me on the phone every day until I was the one that said ...."I'm fine we don't need to talk each day"...LOL. He asked me to come to the office about 2 weeks after and then again in 2 weeks...just was in for my one month review and what can I say...something good is really happening and I feel great. I have another appointment set in about 20 days to again review progress and to just "check on things". I actually am excited to go back...it's like visiting friends his staff is great and frankly so is he.

The after pic is good but any before pic? To gauge the improvement. The 1 day pic shows swelling so it is not possible to use as a 'before' pic.
day 1 is totally usable because the after photos are so dramatic. it’s been over a year...how do you feel now? did it last? still happy?
Any facial fat or volume loss?

This procedure was recommended to me as a non surgical way to tighten the skin and that the down time and pain would be minimal. I am happy to report both are true and the results just 30 days after the procedure almost dramatic. I had the procedure late on a Thursday afternoon and was out driving the next morning although I did look a little scary. The procedure took about 1.5 hours and was pretty easy and I am totally a needle phobic person. I am sure that my Doctor had a lot to do with this but I am really, really happy with the results so far and believe that it will get better as the healing process continues.

Where did you have it and did the doctor tell you how long the results would last
Where on your face did you have it done?
It was done all over my full face but not above the eyes...not sure if I am explaining it right but the procedure was from my face all the way to the neck area of course my nose was not touched or lips but the area around and above yes. Does that help?

At 16 and 30 days post procedure, you wouldn't have visible results from the Profound treatment... and that's according to the promotional materials of the manufacturer, and the words of doctors who've been trained to administer this treatment. This is not an accurate Before and After. Unfortunately.
