Dr. Vartanian (My Magician), has been my Doctor for over 10 years. I have been going to him for all my "beautyfying" needs. He is not the first Dr. I have gone to, but he is definitely the Best. He carefully examins my face and makes a decision on what I actually need, taking into consideration my budget. He not only uses Botox on me but also has used VERSA FILLER (Perfect! and I look great!) and this last time, JUVEDERM (I love it!). When I moved to Las Vegas, NV. I unfortunately tried other hmm people. No comparison. Dr. Vartanian is not only an amazing Plastic Surgeon. To me, he is an artist. I don't mind taking a flight to just to see him and come back the same day. He is TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Dr. Vartanian was transparent in stating the service would not serve me, and made honest, personalized recommendations. Dr. Vartanian performed a septo-rhinoplasty on me a year ago. I am very appreciative of their excellent service, from the time I went to my consultation Doctor and his team have always answered any questions and made sure to inform me of everything I should expect after surgery. I have been coming to Dr Vartanian for about three years for Botox and fillers. During my most recent visit, I expressed concern over my jawline and inquired about any solutions that he’d suggest. Dr Vartanian had multiple options and walked me through the pros and cons of each. I appreciated how thorough he was because any alteration to your face can be a huge deal! We decided that to achieve a look that I wanted, non surgically by enhancing my chin. I am SO happy with the results! He was very meticulous while he was doing the injections and really took care to look from all angles. He really is fantastic with what he does and I would highly recommend seeing him for any type of facial work.
In the same visit I also did Kybella which he practiced the same attention precision. I always leave his office very happy with his work.

Dr. Vartanian is an outstanding and knowledgeable surgeon. I have done a rhinoplasty with him 3 years ago and couldn’t be happier with the result. My septum was broken, bone was too high uneven from one side to the other. Now, I have a perfect nose and I can breathe so much better, I didn’t even know that I wasn’t breathing well before! I am so happy I trusted him with my face, what I love the most is that you wouldn’t be able to tell I had a nose job done, my nose looks real and matched my face. His staff is so caring and prompt with answering any questions. I have been coming for laser at the office for about 8 years now. Most recently came back for Botox injections. Dr. Vartanian is the only surgeon I would entrust my face with.

Dr. Vartanian is caring, and an absolute perfectionist. He takes a lot of time going discussing what your goals are and then providing in-depth explanations of your treatment options. I recently had the Profound treatment done and I am thrilled with my results. I'm 54 and I can't believe how great I look. My jawline is so much firmer and my lower face has really tightened up. I highly recommend this treatment if you are not quite ready for a facelift or do not want one!

This procedure was recommended to me as a non surgical way to tighten the skin and that the down time and pain would be minimal. I am happy to report both are true and the results just 30 days after the procedure almost dramatic. I had the procedure late on a Thursday afternoon and was out driving the next morning although I did look a little scary. The procedure took about 1.5 hours and was pretty easy and I am totally a needle phobic person. I am sure that my Doctor had a lot to do with this but I am really, really happy with the results so far and believe that it will get better as the healing process continues.

My understanding is the results are long term meaning permanent or as permanent as can be expected with skin that is always changing. My understanding is that the way the procedure works is the essence of a non surgical face lift. A lot will have to do with the Dr. performing the work...just like Botox injections....the ones with this Dr. last 3 times as long for me than going other places and it's the process. Depending on how I take care of myself, I expect the results will last years and years...but we all do get older.
