25 Years Old, Dont Like my Upper Lip Angle

Hi, I’ve got very strange lip angle, I know I have protrusive mouth, I have been wearing braces for 3 years and got 4 of my teeth removed, it helped a bit but as you can see it’s still not perfect, as there is nothing left to do about my teeth I think about changing my lips, I think making filler into my lips would make it more protrusive so I searched and found this surgery called lip lifting (mostly done with bullhorn technique). Could u pls tell me would it improve appareal of my mouth? I also had my nose done 3 months ago.
