I was thrilled how smoothly and professionally everything went with my recent hair transplant procedure at NHI. I had both FUE and FUT procedures a few years earlier at a clinic on the East Coast so I pretty much knew what to expect. BUT my experience at NHI far exceeded expectations. From the outset, at the time of my consultation, I was impressed by Drs. Rassman and Pak. Dr. Pak clearly explained everything – and later reiterated his recommendations in a personal Email. There was no hard pressure, just honest discussion.

The day of my procedure I really felt as though I were at a resort. Dr. Pak and his highly skilled technicians were very caring and attentive. I was always made to feel as comfortable as possible and after a few hours in the chair I was even treated to a delicious lunch! And then I dozed off again and the procedure was over in no time.

In the days immediately following the procedure, I was welcomed back for shampoos and each time Dr. Pak made a point of seeing me. Really personal attention. Also, I was promptly reimbursed for my airfare from the East Coast and since fewer grafts were used than originally anticipated, I received a refund for the unused grafts.

Bottom line, Drs. Rassman and Pak are the very best and I strongly recommend NHI as the premier location for anyone considering a hair transplant or SMP procedure.
