I was young to be getting a facelift, but I had lost a lot of weight (over 120 lbs). My face had really started to sag. Dr. Hughes told me that a facelift would help with part of the problem, but he also recommended fat grafting to improve the fullness in some parts of my face. The recovery was only about a week, although it did take 2 weeks before I felt comfortable going out. I was kind of apprehensive about the surgery before hand, but if I had known I would have looked this good, I would have done it long ago. Thanks Dr. Hughes.
