Doctor straight out lied to me. He promised to provide documentation so I could try to recover my earlier costs. This was part of my overall contract with him. It turns out that he had absolutely no intention of keeping his promise. Creep cost me $3150.

I had the initial procedure done by a surgeon at my HMO. Huge mistake. I thought that there was nothing that could be done to correct the damage that had been done.
