W out augmentation n 2wks after as u can see they are very tight as they have not dropped yet in bikini pic. I wish i knew to get the ba closer together for cleavage. They are so far apart bc the norm is to place them at the natural breast pocket.

Hi! How are they looking now ?? They look great already in your photos.

Its been a learning process, as I have never been through a BA before. First, after post op they were tight and "seemed" small, as time passed I hate to say something that is not great news but I must be honest. I think they are too big for my very petite frame. I will post pics soon but it's embarrassing and uncomfortable to look top heavy/disproportionate. I don't find that attractive. It ages me and makes me look like I've nursed several children. Before the surgery I told my surgeon verbatim, "as long as I don't look disproportionate". Obviously, he has a different idea of what i meant. It's unfortunate that there is no protection for the consumer bc I now have to pay to re-do to a smaller size that fits my proportions. Finding clothing that fits without billowing due to the large breasts is cumbersome as is finding the right sports bra since I run often. Running alone, has turned into men gawking at me because of how large these breasts are. I'm not against breast augmentations but I wish I had been counseled thoroughly. By the way I'm fitting at a 32DD on a 5ft 2 in, 109lbs body. I just look tacky in some outfits that I can't even wear many favorites.

That's interesting so are you saying that they got even bigger than what you have pictured above? The pictures that you have posted look good size wise. I too am not sure on what size to get. I am seeing Dr. Grigoryants in November for a consultation. I chose him primarily for my nose. I want to get a rhinoplasty and a breast augmentation. It's less expensive and less of a hassle to get them done at the same time otherwise I would probably go to someone else for a BA. I care a lot about my nose and want to make sure that is done right so I'm sticking with Dr. Grigoryants. I'm hoping he does a nice BA as well since I'll be getting both procedures done. I'm also 5'2" and I wear a 36B bra. I am much heavier (140lbs) and I have a pear shape (I have very big thighs, hips, and butt) so I'm hoping if they are a little on the large size it won't look unbalanced. I also thought about getting 400cc.

I know what you mean about being too big. I'm trying to figure out what size to get because I also don't want to be too big. I think I could get away with them being a little on the big side since I am bottom heavy with a small waist but I also don't want to look tacky.

No worries, dar. I am 5'2" and 105 and have had 3 kids and had 225 at first which I increased to 350 after complications, and I think they are perfect on my frame. I wasn't happy with the need for push-up bras at 225, so I was grateful for my revision. It really depends on the look you want. My 350 can be played up or down, and are only slightly big for my petite frame, so it depends on your hips and waist and all...

I'm a 30F in bra sizes or a 32DD, depending on manufacturer.

I checked out your profile. They look very nice and natural. Now I am thinking about getting 350cc instead of 400cc. Ideally I'd like to be a 36D. I'm hoping my doctor can guide me as to what size to get.

I think they look great, and in fact, I think it would look really weird and unnatural if they were closer together.

I'm 5'4 weight 118 and I had a 34B before my 420cc now a 32DD. I have a smaller lower body and wider shoulders so basically I look like a triangle with big boobs. What I can advise is go smaller, you can always make yourself look bigger with bras, but you can't make yourself looks smaller aside from constricting sport bras. I'm looking at Dr.Grigoryants for a rhino and BA revision/lift, hoping to go smaller and if possible closer together because I hate my results from another surgeon.

Honestly I like the placement- if you had them closer together, your cleavage would look like a long squishy line in a bra or swimsuit! Your type of cleavage now makes your torso look more muscular and toned. Embrace it! :)

They say if you don't have cleavage before BA, you are not going to have it after either.

2wks after BA

I understand they will drop soon I already wish they were bigger as I do notice a difference. I don't know how much a revision would cost because I also prefer them closer together because with a push up bra its so much pressure to lift up

Congratulations! I think you look great! Much larger and you might be a bit top heavy as you are very petite. Hopefully by the 3 month mark you will be okay with your size. Have you spoken to your PS about your size concern?  Keep us posted!

Thanks, that has also been the family response! Knowing what I know now I would have done it so that more cleavage was obvious. They are not a bad size since I originally thought 350cc but once I saw the fresh BA I liked that look as they are extra swollen. However, the changes are noticeable as they begin to settle to me even though im only at the 2wk mark. Perhaps if the cleavage was obvious without push up they'd appear bigger, don't know.

If you ever go for a revision, be sure to discuss different implant profiles. I think the placement and shape is more the issue than the actual size for you. Crossing my fingers you'll drop and fluff even more to a satisfying size! (Wow, yes, 15 lbs is a large amount of weight to lose for your body!) Take care!

Thank you! I have to say I love the size they are now! OMG what an experience I suppose I just freaked out but I actually loooooove them! Im a very small person so this size is very substantial. Couldn't be happier with the size!I would possibly make them touch more if I could do a re-do but im not sure another surgery is totally necessary at this point.

Glad to hear you're more comfortable with the size now. It's interesting how they appear sort of flat and small at first but over time, they really do look larger and very natural. Feel free to post an updated photo! Take care!

ah so reassuring to see this review bc we're relatively the same height/weight and great to see how you feel about 400cc's. I'm also getting them done with Dr. Grigoryants and going for similar sizing.
