i had very saggy elbow skin and they definitely aged me. They started to sag about 3yrs ago and really bothered me! The skin along my arms themselves was still smooth but my elbows really sagged. I had the excess skin of just my elbow removed and was very happy with the results. It turned out better than expected. I have so far done my left and am going to go my right elbow in 2 weeks once my left is 100% healed. there will probably now always be a scar but the skin doesn't sag and the scar should be faint and able to cover with makeup.
