Dr. Alter is amazing. The hardest decision I had to make in all these years that I wanted this surgery was to actually pick up the phone, go to my consultation appointment, and schedule my surgery date. The easiest decision was selecting Dr. Alter. I knew he was the best. His medical background, experience, research publications, dual certifications in urology & plastic surgery, combined with being the 'inventor' of the wedge method, I knew I was in the best hands. I agree with the other reviewers that Dr. Alter is compassionate and giving with his time. About 1 week after my surgery, Dr. Alter was at his other office in NYC, and I had questions about my healing. I emailed him a few times, and ended up sending photos for his review. He quickly responded and reassured me everything was healing normally. Dr. Alter's office staff and surgical team were great and easy to work with also.
