I just had a breast augmentation with dr. Rahban 3 weeks ago and I could not be more amazed with the results. I say breast augmentation but what dr. Rahban did for me was really breast reconstruction.
Dr. Rahban was one of several surgeons I consulted regarding this issue. After a breast biopsy several years ago, I was left with asymetrical and scarred breasts. Last year, with a different surgeon, I underwent my first breast augmentation to correct. It was a complete disaster I need not go into here, but the result was not only intense physical scarring but emotional trauma as well. My previous experience was that bad.
Almost immediately upon his entering the consult room, I realized this was a doctor who knew his profession. He was confident without being arrogant, professional without being cold and highly articulate. His explanation of the procedure and what lay ahead of me should I opt for surgery was direct, truthful and unbiased. His goal was to give me the best information available so I could make an informed decision. He did not promise that all would be perfect. I was a unique case, there was a lot of previous damage (scarring, contracted muscles) he would have to work with and he was realistic about the outcome. I left his office thinking if I did decide to go through surgery again, dr. Rahban would be the surgeon I would trust.
Which turned out to be the case. A few months later I scheduled surgery. All through the pre-op appointment, it remained clear I was in the best of hands. Options were laid out before me, discussions were had, but ultimately, I trusted that once I was in the operating room under anesthesia, dr. Rahban would make the right choices.
Post-op, just my luck, I had a complication. Dr. Rahban addressed it immediately, which involved going back into surgery. Not exactly what I would have hoped for but definitely something that had to be done. He wasted no time. He rearranged his surgery schedule to get me in the very next day. The result is that now, a week after the second surgery, the results are outstanding. Dr. Rahban under promised and over delivered. I am well on my way to full recovery.
Dr. Rahban is a skilled and talented surgeon. I would encourage anyone considering a procedure to consult with him and judge for yourself. I do not think you will be disappointed.
