I am 33 and had 3 year old twins. My initial implants were 14 years old and survived my 20's and pregnancy but after nursing they were not as perky or feminine looking. I had a lift and new implants and Dr. A did an amazing job with them. The procedure was about 4 hours and I had a few days of major discomfort and needed assistance with everything but it was all worth it! I am 6 months post op and they look normal again and I can feel comfortable in clothes, a swim suit and just a cami! My scars are flat for the most part and are starting to lighten. I would recommend to anyone thinking about it.
