Hello all. I am 26 years old with two awesome children. I breastfed both of my children. I have droopy breasts now and measure at a 32 dd. (Although they look like a big b/small c to me) I will be having my breasts lifted as well as implants placed. I'm not quite sure on the size of implants yet. My pre op appointment is on July 16th, I'll update on size after that. I will be getting smooth saline breast implants under the muscle. I'm very excited! I'm going to upload a wish pic. I think the breasts in the picture are the perfect size for her frame and I am hoping to achieve a similar result! Happy healing to all.

Good luck! I'm booked in for an uplift with implants on 19th August here in the UK. It's just started to feel real! Think we are in a similar situation, I have 34C/D at the moment but they lost their former glory after breastfeeding and weight loss etc. I would really appreciate pics so I know what I'm in for!! Thanks

Good luck to you as well! It's amazing how much breasts can change, isn't it?

It really is! The beauty of mother nature I suppose. But I've had 13 years of wishing mine were different so now it's my time to make that wish come true. You only get one life after all!

Absolutely! Life is too short, we have to do what makes us happy. And 13 years?? That is quite a while!

Thanks for sharing your journey with us. Having wish photos is a great idea! If you're comfortable, you might want to share some "before" photos as well. Good luck!

Deflated D club! It is weird, I guess we feel like they look/seem smaller because they sag? I'm not sure.

I was a deflated b/c and the lift is probably my favorite thing about the surgery! The results from the lift make me feel younger and better about myself. I thought I just wanted to be larger but it's nice to have perky breast and the scars aren't near as bad as I had imagined! Best wishes on your upcoming surgery!

Hello, everyone. 6 days until my pre-op appointment and only 2 weeks and 6 days until Boob day! Time has been flying by, I hope time seems to fly by during recovery. I am too excited to have perky boobs again :). The only thing that had been worrying me was losing muscle, specifically in my legs and glutes because I weight train a lot. I talked to my husband about it and he said it should be okay because of muscle memory and that surgery and recovery shouldn't set me back much, I trust his word. I'm uploading a before pic and I'll update again after my pre-op appointment. I hope you're all having a wonderful summer.

I highly doubt you'll be set back :) as far as I'm concerned, as long as you continue to eat well and are already a very active person, I highly doubt you'll see any changes to your legs and lose much tone! And as for muscle memory, I'm sure when you get back into the gym (whenever your surgeon says it's ok) you'll find your muscles haven't lost strength! I went through a period where I didn't train for 3 months, and when I went back to gym I was lifting the same, if not heavier! The human body is amazing z

That is so great to hear! And 4-6 weeks is nothing compared to 3 months, that definetely makes me feel better. Maybe a little break for the muscles is a good thing? I'm gonna have to take up knitting or something during recovery so I won't be tempted to pig out everyday while resting lol.

Surgery is all paid for. All that's left to do is get my lab work done and perscriptions filled. I chose 350cc, saline, moderate plus profile implants. Dr. Esmailian was very helpful with choosing size and implant type. 13 days until boob day!
