2nd treatment

$800
It has been exactly 4 weeks and I went in for a follow up. Both the surgeon and I agreed that we didn't see any change. He suggested to give it 2 more weeks to see any change but I also wanted to get my 2nd treatment done since it will not affect the results. The 2nd treatment was done yesterday and it didn't burn/hurt as bad. I am very swollen again.

Day 2
cmarie334May 25, 2016
So it's been 2 days since KYBELLA. I have not left the house as my swelling is still pretty bad. It has however gone down a little bit. I am bruised but that is expected. I'm not in any pain and I'm just being patient now. Does anyone know if it's ok to drink wine with a girlfriend? She was going to come over to keep me company but I'm not sure if this will interfere with the healing process?

Wine will not interfere with the healing process. Just don't want to exercise the day of treatment

I'm curious to know what your results are after the swelling goes down. I'm in NYC and I'm really considering getting this treatment done. Keep us updated please! :)

Sure thing!! I'll post a picture tomorrow on how it's looking (although I'm not expecting results for at least 6 weeks) :)

I drank some wine last night too! The wine made me feel prettier, lol. ;) can't wait to say bye to bullfrog chin.

I feel almost back to normal. No pain, maybe a lil swelling, and numbness. I'm ready for the 2nd treatment and some results! What about you?

So I've been following up on this Kybella...

So I've been following up on this Kybella treatment for 6 months now. I finally made the appointment and got it done today. I will upload some before pictures at 3 different angles. It was a very quick treatment. Numbing cream was applied then an ice pack. After that it was 22 injections and it was quick but be aware it does burn. It's tolerable you just have to breathe. Both surgeon and medical assistant talked me through it and I would do it again.

I had my first round done today, too. (I will post my before pics when the office sends them to me). I'd say this beats going under the knife, so far. I can't wait for results! I would love to stay updated on your kybella situation and I will try to post regularly. I go back for round 2 in 5 weeks.

Hey yes I totally agree it beats going under the knife. I will keep up with yours too :) how are you feeling now? I actually feel really swollen/stiff and I can feel the fluid in my neck.

I feel like a bullfrog! And yes so swollen and stiff. I think it's going to be hard to explain to others that it looks worse before it looks better, and it better look better!

Where did you go and what was the cost?
May 24, 2016
I went to Dr. moratta in smithtown. He had a promotion going last month where you bought one treatment and got the next one free. So I paid $800 total for 2 treatments. I'm not sure when I will be getting the 2nd one yet. They suggested June 20th but I want to see how the recovery time goes
