How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

I am convinced that one breast weighs 10 lbs
Going small
My current size

I decided to start my post before beginning my physical therapy sessions but I have been reading the postings and watching videos. I want to share my experience with ladies who understand. I am 42 and no children. I have learned to live with the size of my breast and was reserved to live with them because I thought some women got it and some don't
But I was never comfortable about their size and I hated the limitations with sexy bra and clothes, etc. The last time I can remember going outside without wearing a bra; I was 15. About 11 years ago, I got measured at Intimacy and I was told I wear a 34 H. I began wearing Panache SuperBra Tango II Underwire Balconnet Bra which seems to be the only brand and style that supports my large dense breast. Today I wear a 36JJ, yes JJ. My breast are heavy and I delayed considering a reduction because I wanted kids and wanted to breast feed. I feel ready. I didn't acknowledge that I had dense breast or realize that my areola were larger than normal until the Dr. said it. I had gotten so use to and adjusted to my neck and back pain and ignored all problems associated with my breast size until now. It is time. I want relief, I want to get sexy negligee, clothing, go strapless, etc. So, I am beginning my journey, I have my prescription for PT and just saw my GYN for my annual so I am getting my mammogram done as well. I looked forward to posting about my journey so I can get the support as well as reading the postings of fellow "Going Small" members.

Dr. C Rhee
Upon entering the office, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere was inviting and the receptionist polite. When Dr. Rhee entered the examination room, she was very pleasant and warm. She was professional and informative. She answered most of my 27 questions before I was able to ask. At the conclusion of the consultation she said I could contact her with further questions. She even said I should get a second opinion if I wanted.
