I appreciate all feedback - positive, negative or neutral - as it guides me in providing the best possible care to my patients. However, I was surprised to read this review, as no patient fitting the described circumstances has communicated to me dissatisfaction with her surgical results. I value my clients, and strive to establish and maintain open and trusting physician-patient relationships. I believe such relationships are vital to achieving the best medical outcomes. With that said, I am unable to address a patient's concerns, if I am unaware that the concern exists. My goal is to provide the aesthetic results my patients desire, and I am successful in achieving this goal in an overwhelming majority of the cases. Nonetheless, no surgeon is perfect, and I am no exception. On the rare occasion when the hoped-for results cannot be achieved, I work with my patients on a secondary treatment plan - oftentimes, I will also waive my professional fee.
