3 months update

Looking good so far. I wished the middle part was less wide but it's my anatomy. I sleep on them without any problems. Love the look in balconette bras. Never thought I'd look good in them. The scar is healing nicely. I put silicone sheet on it and leave for about a week.

Long Awaited Breast Augmentation with Motiva Ergonomix Implants

I'm a 28 year old, soon to be 29, single, 160cm, 52 kilos gal. I was very active as a child and swam a lot during my teenager years. I was barely a cup A despite the fact that every woman in the family has decent size boobs.

I've researched everything about breast augmentation and came to the conclusion that I wanted Motiva implants with inframammary incision under the muscle. I found Dr. Zekeriya Kul through research and out of all doctors I talked to his approach made sense to me the most. There are very few doctors that talk about BIA-ALCL and other complications that occur after BA and he is one of them. Besides his surgery technique, his joyful and fun personality made it very easy for me to choose him.

During the first consultation he recommended me Motiva round 315cc implant on the left and 295cc on the right boob with high profile. He told me to think about it and bring some pictures of what I want next time. I didn't really have pictures of what I want. I did however have couple of pictures of what I don't want. In the second consultation I was still unsure of the size and whether I wanted round or Ergonomix implants.

Ergonomix implants mimic anatomic implants when standing with a softer gel inside. He asked me what I was afraid of. ''Are you afraid that it is going to be too small or too big?'' I said too small. After that we decided to up the size to 335cc on the left and 315 on the right side. Lastly he measured my skin elasticity. When dragged from 2 points my skin only got half a cm wider. After that he said that maybe Ergonomix is the better option for me. That's how we decided on the size and I'm really glad we did because looking back now it would have been too small.

I had blood, Covid-19 and EKG tests done the next day to get surgery the following day. The hospital personnel was great and the room was great as well. I stayed there one night which I appreciate very much as I don't like the idea of going home right after a surgery. The hospital doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is very clean and new.

Today is my 6th day after surgery. I don't have much pain anymore, most of the pain that I have is probably from the post surgery bra which puts a lot of pressure on my chest. Today I was supposed to get my bandages removed from the incision side but I got cold and postponed it to day 8. I see some dry blood on my left side on the bandages but from what I read it is completely normal.

I'm a stomach sleeper and sleeping on my back have been the most difficult part. I kept rolling on my side and then rolling back to lay flat due to pain at least 10 times first few nights. It improves as the days go by and I noticed the couch is a bit more comfortable as it kinda wraps around you. My boobs look very up high and square at the moment. I'm gonna try to keep you guys updated. Don't hesitate to ask me questions.
