Hello my fellow RealSelf ladies :P. The pain have finally decreased significantly since the surgeon pulled my spitting suture; I can actually walk normal now without leaning over! Ha. Now that the pain is almost gone, I feel as though I should get back to the gym and get my ass back in shape to help compliment the new girls; I'm so ready to work out again! Not working out for a little over a month has been rough for sure.

As for the boobs, they're looking amazing and I couldn't be more pleased. My nipples still haven't gone down much (left one has barely), so I'm wondering if they're going to be permanently like this which I really hope not :(... I miss my small nipples! Did anyone else's nipples get stretched out quite a bit?

As for the scarring, you honestly can barely see it and my surgeon did such a tremendous job on where he did the incisions sites because you have to lift my boobs up pretty high to see them!

Anyways, here's a little picture and I'll add some more this evening after my work out! For some reason, my boobs look smaller in pictures than what they really are. Welcome back two a days and getting my butt kicked :P.

You look awesome and that was one thing I was worried about, I had loose skin from breast feeding around the base of my nipple and areola and didn't want it stretched and floppy with implants so I had half an inch of skin from the base removed. I have felt no pain or discomfort from the procedure thus far. You however have tight nipples at least they are not floppy. But when I was unsure about the procedure my PS said I could always do it after the augmentation. As amazing as you look, if you are still unhappy I can tell you it has been relatively a painless procedure for me. I think they will still shrink down tho. Congratulations your results are beautiful

Thank you so much for the compliment and info! I think I might do that procedure. Did it leave you with any noticable scars? Is what you called an areola reduction? And yes my nipples are really tight right now. Another thing is my left nipple has shrunk some and has feeling it, which I can "nip". My right nipple is still numb and stretched out. I wonder if it's because it's still numb?

Sorry I am just seeing this now. Mine was actually a nipple reduction; if you can imagine our finger as a long nipple, the top knuckle being the tip, the bottom where it attaches to your hand, the areola. I had a section of skin from under the tip all the way to the base removed, the inner shaft was left in place, tucked back in and the tip re-attached at the base. It was painless for me, and there are no scars unless you actually try to move the nipple tip to see the attachment at the base of the nipple and aerola, and if you really scrutinize that close it just looks like a line. I'll post more pix in a few days at one month PO.

You look totally amazing! What was your pre-op size? Your implants look much bigger than 385! This gives me hope. I got 450cc's and I am afraid I am still flat! I keep thinking I should have gone bigger. (Of course this is only day 1 after surgery.)

Thanks sweetie! My breast tissue I guess was pretty full and I was sized as a 32DD before but I definitely didn't look that way. My before photo is on here (first photo on first post) as well! My breasts also blow up HUGE when I'm on my period and I wasn't in these photos and my boobs look even bigger in person. I just got lucky I guess! What's your current cup size?

Oh and sorry, I'm a 32DDD now but that could change since I'm only a month and a week or two post op, but the swelling is gone.
May 29, 2017
I was a 32D but that was only in a lined demi cup from VS. I was deflated with some tissue at the bottom that made up the "D." I really hope I am not wanting bigger in a few months. I guess I will cross that bridge when I come to it. :)

Forgot to post this pic with the last update! Nipples still swollen and I'm a little asymmetrical but I'm okay with that :). They're sisters, not twins! My left breast looks a little squarish but it's the lighting.

What a compliment! Thank you so much! I will definitely make sure I keep updating :). Do you have a surgery scheduled?

You're so welcome!!

I am two years post BA, and secretly wishing for a revision, lol

I looked at your photos and you look great! Honestly. What makes you want a revision? Different size?
May 19, 2017
I am happy with my results, but I don't have the fullness that I was hoping for. I went with 390 and should have chosen 440, but was afraid of going over 400. I was hung up on CC's and chose an implant size smaller than my breast measurements. It's only a 50 CC difference than what I have now, but the implant shape is a little bigger.

Do you think you'll end up exchanging them? I'm hoping mine don't change much because I love the size and fullness! I'm worried they will get smaller ;(.
May 25, 2017
Honestly, unless something goes wrong, I'll keep them. I like them more after the second year than before, so hopefully they just keep getting better! I do have a 10 year warranty though, so should I need a revision for any reason, I would definitely go bigger at that point. I am concerned with rippling too much. I don't have much breast tissue on the sides, and I feel the implant when I lean over. I would be devastated for it to get worse, or more visible if I went larger??? Agh, the struggles of boobies, lol

Just a quick update on my 1 month post op! Was having SEVERE pain on my left breast incision that would radiate up to my head; it was to the point where I couldn't sleep, walk, etc. I called my surgeon and he got me in the next day at 8am (Mother's Day; felt so bad having him come in). He clipped a very small suture that was sticking out and took another piece out. I was left with a very minimal opening and I'm already almost healed and it hasn't even been a week yet. I had to pack it for 3 days and then it closed fairly quickly! I'm feeling SO much better now. The surgeon has been absolutely amazing and has responded immediately to any of my concerns which has only been the severe pain so far. Besides that, I'm very happy with the results and the bruising is almost gone, but nipples are still swollen and numb! Here's a few pictures of the suture when it was taken out that I packed and the boobs in a bralette! Will post more photos later :).
