How much do they fluff?

I love the shape but I'm concerned about the fluffing. I'm hoping they go together a bit more and fluff (get a bit bigger). Why are your experiences? Maybe I'm being selfish in feeling like I need bigger? I was so flat before- I think I have this picture of "perfect" in my head. They are a great boob job, regardless...I just hope they fluff more. I this normal in the healing process to be wondering about all of this?

I'm wondering the same thing. I got 500cc hp, but I fee like they still seem small. But I'm like you have this image in my head of perfect boobs that I need to stop comparing myself to it.

Do you have any current pics? I'm scheduled with Dr. Squires in 3 weeks. I'm thinking 375cc HP. I'm curious what yours look like as they've fluffed. They look amazing so far!!

These babies are morphing like crazy!!

5 days post op and they are round shaped instead of squarish! This makes me very happy. The only thing that bothers me currently is that they aren't close enough together. I'm thinking that once they drop and fluff, that'll Change. Otherwise I'm extremely satisfied. This morning I'm having a bit of morning boob, but I took Advil and I'm icing them as we speak.

I can't believe how so many people say it's so painful. I only had Valium the day of surgery and took oxycodone when I woke up and before bed for the first two days after and then only in the am the third day. Yesterday was my first day without that junk and I was completely fine. There is some soreness, especially when I take the compression bra off, or if I lay on the couch funny-but nothing major.

I ordered a swimsuit online for $10 -total score! I hope it's not crap, but if it is...it's only $10. I'm excited to not be self conscious in a suit. I'm already feeling 100% more confident at home. My fiancé said he can tell I'm extremely happy. Life is good :)

Ok so I feel like a total basket case. I was just reading previous reviews I had- and realized I did have a Valium the second day. I forgot! Not trying to lie- so I just wanted to add that lol

So cool to see the rapid changes!! And great that you are having a good recovery. I didn't find it painful either, never actually took pain meds besides advil for the first couple days. Keep us posted about the new swimsuit! Hope it fits :)

3 days post op!!!! Finally starting to look like boobs

I can't believe the difference that a day makes! They are starting to look like boobs, except for they are swollen and a bit square still. From what I have read, about a month they will basically be where they always will be. Has anyone else noticed such a dramatic change so quickly?

Wow you aren't kidding, there's a huge difference in your pic from today! It will take more than a month for them to fully settle, most cases 3 months is very close to a final result but some women even experience subtle changes 6 months to a year post op. Mine changed A LOT over the months, honestly don't even look like the same boobs as they did at the beginning. Yours will definitely look bigger and more defined as they settle, I'm sure you'll have a great result :). Happy healing!

:) that gives me hope that yet won't say awkward lol. They are starting to look nice already but i wish I could fast forward one & 3 months. I get married in 3 months and I'll have dress fittings the month before. Do you think they will get actually bigger? I measured with my supportive bra on, and I'm in a full C right now if I were to buy based off of that, but that's without them dropping or fluffing. I think I'll end up being a D cup. The definition is something to look forward to as well :)

Congrats on your upcoming wedding :). Yes I definitely think they will look bigger over the next few months. The muscle is squishing the crap out of them right now and it looks like you had fairly tight skin to begin with. I don't have very developed pec muscles lol and my skin was pretty stretched, so that's why mine didn't look as squished and flat at first. It might take a little longer for you to see final results but I think they will be amazing once you get there :)

I am always in awe how fhese guys morph when You see them start in such a flat chested girl. They start out on most almost looking like they arent there..i couldnt believe you have big implants 425s..when i saw your first pics. ...I now can see them dropping and see the size. WoW!! I still am shocked how this process works and I have now seen a 100 stories where the changes are that dramatic..and it still never fails to amaze;-)) You look amazing! Congrats

Lol! I was going to be extremely sad if they didn't change much. Let me tell you...having absolutely no boobs makes me kinda over obsessed over having boobs :) I finally don't feel like a boy and I'm also excited to see how they will change over the next few months. It's weird to see how small they looked the first day compared to today. They are like butterflies morphing out f their cocoons ;)

They are looking really good! And that's great that your pain has been so minimal. I started out small and my plastic surgeon told me in the first 4 weeks they wouldn't change much and they didn't. I was getting so discouraged because they didn't really change over a month, but I was feeling back to my normal self and felt like I should have seen more of a difference. I'm 5 1/2 weeks and in the last week I have seen more changes, and I know this is just the beginning of the drop and fluff part. I'm like you and want to fast forward to 3 months, but it is really fun to see the changes they are making now. They are looking more rounded and less full in the upper pole, and they have gotten so much softer. It makes me really excited for this next month and how they are going to look at 8-10 weeks out. So try not to get too discouraged if over the course of the next 4 weeks if they haven't changed as much.

A month and a half...oh man. I may loose it lol. They are improving a lot already but still not squishy at all. I'm hoping they drop enough for more cleavage. They look good though :) thanks for the heads up on them not likely to Change much for a while. Did you get a drastic change?

Thank you!! You made me feel so good about them changing and why they are acting so crazy. :) you're absolutely right about the pec muscles. They are probably absolutely pissed off with this extra weight when there was nothing there before!
