I'm going to resee my ps next week, as the size thing is just confusing the hell out me, so scared to get it wrong ???? I'm a unfilled 32c hoping to go up one size and a bit... But have no clue what cc... Thinking 250-325cc x
I'm going to transform in London with Dr meleageos so any reviews on him would also be great.

Hi hon, ugh I completely understand your fear. I did my rice sizes at 500cc n 550cc... I loved how big they looked with the 550 so I asked my PS to up it to that. I went from a barely B cup to a 34DDD... however they don't look that big at all, my body hides it well. My best suggestion would be to pick the bigger size n maybe add another 100cc to that. My PS told me that 100cc equals to about 1/2 bra cup. To this day I wish I had gone 650-700 cc but that's cause I wanted Them to look bigger than they do. Good luck!

Hey, I'm currently 34B and been doing 475cc rise sizers which I am happy with but they say to go a bit more with sub muscular so I might go 500cc, not sure how well they compare to the actual sizers at the sizing appointment but I look forward to mine! :)

I filled my bags with 300 grams and 350 to see what size I preffered as my surgeon suggested 360. For a nice natural size. I was a flat 32 a. And I am now a d. I reduced the rice bags to 330grams. 330cc. And I feel they'd a perfect size for me. Good luck

Hello!! Yes...getting the sizing right is an absolute [RS bleep]!! There are many variables that can dictate how an implant size can look. From my experience if you are taller then you can take more ccs. If you have a wider chest width then you need more ccs to fill up. Picture 2 round swimming pools. If you have a wider pool then you will need more water to fill it up than the smaller one with less diameter( hope this helps!! ) . I found that when I tried on my sizers the looked really big but unfortunately they don't sit flat like a real implant. Also placing under the muscle loses size. My 450cc sizers looked way bigger than my actual implants so be very careful to go a bit bigger than you imagine. I now have the problem of being sad about my size. Any advice I can give hopefully helps others to not be disappointed. ..all the very best hugs shelly xoxo

Sounds like a plan :). When you go take along a few different things to wear...eg a really tight tshirt or clingy lycra top...think it helps with deciding. As you already have some breast tissue already an implant around 300cc should give you a lovely look. Cheers Shelly xoxo

Well with a lot of web hunting and talks with my surgen, I'm going for 340cc extra high, still bIt worried about the size to big not big enough etc, but no many pictures I look at or reviews I read, I'm never going to know exactly what I'll look like after, the worst for me would be to be too big, so I just need to put my trust in my surgeon and I need to remember why I was having this done, it wasn't to be big just firmer so I could wear certain clothes, bras and bikinis with out to much stress and upset that Ive had since as long as I can remember..

I'm a size 10, 32c (not full) 5ft4 and about 9 stone. Be great to hear any stories that are simula to mine... I'll keep u posted.

I am 5,8 10st 6. And was a very empty 32c. After breastfeeding my daughter. I done the rice thing 330g. and went for 330 dual plane and I am now a full 32 d. Good luck x
