All I did for the weeks coming up to my surgery...

All I did for the weeks coming up to my surgery was google reviews and photos so I'm going to try and be as helpful as I can! I'm not the best at writing so bare with me!
I had come across Aurora clinics online as all their reviews were amazing, I ended up going with Dr Fallahdar at The Private Clinic on Harley St. He was amazing from start to finish. All his photos look so natural and he is really helpful and patient with you when choosing size. We initially discussed 325cc, 360cc and 390cc during my first sizing. We had decided on 360cc however during the weeks running up to my surgery I had been doing the rice test with the sizes 360 and 390 (I would 100% recommend the rice test to all of you, it helped me a lot) 3 days before my surgery I changed my mind and went in to discuss with him about getting the 390cc put in instead. He let me do another sizing and discussed everything about the larger size. As it was so last minute the implants had to be ordered next day delivery however everyone was really helpful, especially Sally, she had ordered the larger implants the morning I emailed her before I even went in just incase I changed my mind! She has been amazing with me through out it all.
Just incase anyone is wondering I am 5'7'' and weigh 60kg, I was a 34A before surgery and am currently wearing 34D sports bras post op.
I had my surgery yesterday (Jan 24th) at The London Wellbeck Hospital. Once I had signed in I was shown to my own private room with ensuite and TV. The bed was extremely comfy! All the nurses were caring and really helpful. I've had general anaesthetic before so I wasn't nervous about that. I woke up in recovery, the nurse gave me some water, Dr Fallahdar came to check on me and after 10 minutes I was taken back into my room. I had my boyfriend with me all day which was really helpful as you do need help getting in and out of bed for the toilet etc. I started to get hungry an hour or so after I woke up, once I had eaten and had shown I could walk without feeling dizzy and go to the toilet I was allowed to go home.
I was surprised about how little pain I felt, I was very relaxed with whatever they had given me post surgery, all I felt was a weight and tightness is my chest which is completely normal and expected. I got over the muscle which is a lot less painful!
I woke up this morning slightly more uncomfortable but that was expected with the painkillers wearing off over night. I needed help getting out of bed in the night for the toilet but apart from that I'm feeling fine! I'll upload some before and afters now. I'll try to remember to keep updating the photos as I know they really helped me! Happy to answer any questions :)

Day 2

Felt so sore this morning, I woke up in so much pain. Don't know why it's such an extreme compared to yesterday. I can't really tell if they have changed much. Still really bloated too and surprising hard to go to the toilet!

Day 3

Feel so much better today. Yesterday was awful! I pretty much slept all day. I'm getting pretty bad 'morning boob' but once I take all my tablets I'm ok.
I'm still not moving around the house too much, I went to the shop last night with my boyfriend which is just downstairs and I completely tired myself out.
The only think I'm worried about is I've started waking up with numb hands and feet - kind of like the numb pins and needles sensation. I've read online that some people get this but I've asked Aurora if I could speak to a nurse just in case.
Still really bloated

Dr Fallahdar has been amazing and I would 110% recommend him to everyone! I'm so much happier with my breasts than I ever imagined. He was extremely helpful, supportive and I felt to secure as he really knows what he is talking about.
