WORTH IT$10,000
I came to see Mr Uppal having never been happy with my nose for my entire life. I work in entertainment, and I have a lot of videos and photo taken of me all day every day. I was looking for work that was very subtle and elegant, and wanted to still look like me - no fake Kardashian face! He assured me he could achieve the look I wanted, which was essentially "my nose but smaller and sleeker and more defined". The initial consultation with Mr Uppal included approximate images of what my nose would look like, an overview of the procedure, and a realistic explanation of what we could achieve. The procedure took place at the beautiful Weymouth Street Hospital, and Mr Uppal's entire team there were a delight - I was nervous having never been to hospital before, and they were so sweet and caring with me. During my recovery, I experienced no pain at all, I did not even need to take paracetamol. I was very bruised around my eyes and face, but this continued to get better every day and is nearly gone. Obviously it will take time to see the end result due to swelling but I am absolutely ecstatic so far. I still look like me, but with the nose I always wanted - the results are very feminine, elegant and natural. Mr Uppal recommended gentle massage of the tip of my nose to encourage the swelling down, and he assured me I can see him at any time if I have concerns. Unless I tell them, most people don't even realise what I've had done - my friend said "you look so bright eyed and healthy!" But for me, it's made a huge, life-changing difference.

What is a "ridiculous Hollywood result" maybe I should be better informed of this... I've never heard of that expression in rhinoplasty?
