Just thought I'd post a quick update to let you know how well it's all going. The swelling on the bump and tip has gone completely I think, my nose has no bump at all now (which I miss a little but am not complaining!!). Only a handful of people have noticed or are too polite to say and I just pretend that this was the nose I was born with. Until you start putting photos next to each other it's a hard thing to compare, probably no one else has spent that much time looking at my nose apart from me!
I wish I could post pics of how it looks now but like I mentioned before no one knows I had the op so I really don't want to risk the chance of it being seen. I will say that the result now which I'm guessing is pretty much final is extremely close to the morphs I had so for anyone thinking of going with Lucian Ion make sure you're happy with those and you're half way there.
I cannot breathe that well at night through my left nostril so I think my internal swelling has not reduced as much as the external. It's not a major concern but I'll see how it goes over the next few months.
I feel happier and more confident than I've ever felt before, just wish I'd done it sooner.

Thanks for posting the review your nose looks great! I have been researching for 3/4 years now and have finally booked a consultation with Ion for April after seeing so many good reviews and pictures. Really excited. :) My nose is a v different shape to yours but I still hope he can help!

Do you have a profile pic that shows your whole profile? The result looks good from what you can see, but it would be helpful to see how it looks in relation to the rest of your face. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for your post. Your nose looks great and i must say I can understand your worry about it going 'worse' as it wasnt that bad to begin with…. My bump is much bigger than yours was however I havent truly felt like Its giving me lack of confidence. I mean I hate it in pictures at the wrong angles, or sitting next to someone who can get a full side view of me when having a conversation but not really to the point where I think about it daily. And so havent gathered enough confidence to go back to Lucion for the second consultation (I had my first one with him in 2014 Oct). Now looking at more results, its giving me the confidence, to just get it over and done with. Could you kindly inbox me for a few questions I have with regards to your surgery? Thanks alot… :)

You look so stunning. Do you have any more photos I am so desperate for this surgery I would love to hear from you. I am stuck with whether to go with a uk surgeon or one in California. In USA it's about 6 grand and here I feel it's like 10! for the same skilled surgeon and quality of work. What did you pay if you don't mind me asking ? And do you recommend this doc. [RS bleep]

£7300 and he was amazing!! I can't recommend him enough. The little bump you can see on the photo has completely gone now and it's the most perfect nose for me, I love it! It's really close to the morphs he did as well. I would say go for a consultation and see what you think xx
