I went there in February for a consultation, I was advised if I would go ahead with the surgery I would be able to get a date by beginning of April. I decided to go ahead with it, and advised at the consultation I will be away for a few days in may so will it be all ok, I explained that again at the time of booking and the receptionist advised yes all should be ok and I have enough time to heal up. I was then asked to get another test done which was never mentioned during the consultation and I had been told that price is inclusive of everything, anyway that was deducted at the end.When I went for the pre-op and met the surgeon he was not happy with me having my surgery 2 weeks prior to my holiday and I should have never been advised that it will be ok. I then got another date end of may, 3 days prior to my surgery I was told the machinery has broken down so will have to cancel the surgery. For the 3rd time I booked another day, that in jun, 4 months after my consultation. Also to mention when getting the date you would really have to chase them up to fit you in, so doing that 3 times was a really bad experience. I got there on the day, asked to be there for 9.30am but didn’t get the surgery done until 12.30pm. I waited 3 hours, as one of the nurses hadn’t arrived, moreover that nurse never arrived and I had to get my surgery done by the doctor ( who was very good at his job) and 2 other inexperienced staff, who had to be taught during the surgery. After all that, I didn’t complain even once and just asked for an extra garment as I was soaking wet, and the guy said he didn’t have anymore, pathetic. I got a message next day after the surgery from the guy that did my consultation to ask how I’m doing, after that nothing else. Told him I got lumps that were painful and he replied after a day to let him know if it gets worse.
Overall very poor service and inexperienced staff apart from the doctor who was really good, although it would have been nice if he was in touch rather than the consultant. Not an experience you expect at Harley street. The results are looking ok, but only 2 weeks in, so fingers crossed, hoping for better.

How was progress? Was it all okay in the end?
I had a very similar experience with these guys. I am very disappointed at the whole experience and outcome.
I had a dreadful experience with these guys. I do not feel it’s a competent environment at all.
I am 11 months post op for vaser lipo on 4 areas. There is 0 difference. I more than happy to share photos and the whole process / experience.
Please do not use Harley body clinic
Just read some of the poor reviews of this clinic and I have to agree with them. I found their service and after care to be absolutely shocking!! I paid £3000 for vaserlipo surgery then had to go back 5 months later as there was no difference what so ever. I am now post 7 months since my 2ND surgery and still no results!! I look exactly the same? I have sent 2 emails so far, both which have been ignored. Being a single mum it took me a very long time to save the money. I have found myself severely depressed and deflated ever since having surgery in 2020. After going back to have my second I was told by James “you need to diet” well James if it was that easy I wouldn’t of wasted £3000 having surgery. Absolutely disgusting service. I found Dr Horn to be very miserable and unapproachable!! I don’t expect to hear anything back from the emails I’ve sent as these people don’t seem to care after they’ve received your money. I will now have to try and take legal action, but being a single mum going up against rich surgeons will probably be a waste of time. Avoid this clinic like the plague , it will just make you even more depressed about your body than when you went in.
They should be ashamed of themselves…..
