One month and 3 weeks since Vaser tummy and 3 weeks since Vader legs

I tried not to obsess on a daily/weekly basis and focuses more on the MLD sessions, being careful about what I eat/drink and a week ago I received the go ahead to exercise! Doing cardio, PT sessions and Powerplate toning to mix it all up. Early days, but it feels good to be back in the gym. I'm no longer wearing a compression garment, sometimes I'll wear Spanx, but I felt anything that looked lumpy/odd would usually smooth out in an MLD session, so I stopped freaking out... Last week when I went to see my consultant he decided to inject me with cortisone to break down scar tissue (common I was told after 2 rounds of Vaser?) and tomorrow I return for another round and possibly a third round in another week... My thighs are still very swollen, but that's expected as I sit too much everyday (I do try to get up and walk around regularly)... One thing that's niggling me and I plan to discuss it with my surgeon tomorrow; I seem to have a mound below my underwear line, not sure if it's very visible in the pictures. Annoys me, because it shows when I wear swimsuits or even trousers... My MLD therapist feels it may be due to 2 pregnancies and unrelated to Vaser, but I guess I'll see what my surgeon says before getting too anxious about it. I sometimes wear my compression leggings at home, but my surgeon told me last week that he felt beyond the first couple of weeks it really doesn't make a huge difference so I've enjoyed wearing normal clothes again to work without worrying about what can be seen/whether it'll cause a crease etc.

5 weeks post vaser on abs and 3 days post vaser on inner thighs and knees

5 weeks post vaser on my abs, 3 days since vaser on my inner thighs and knees

I waited a long time to post an update, I was getting very anxious about my stomach developing a bump and my surgeon contacted me when he returned from his holiday. He reassured me, I went in for a check with him and he said my stomach is just reacting to the vaser normally, the "angry phase" and I shouldn't worry... Indeed, about 2-3 days later my stomach started flattening out and it looks so much better now! Still continuing with 3x weekly MLD...
I then went on 11 Sept for touch up vaser on my inner thighs and knees. The old pictures I have can show you my knees and thighs before... I'll post some pictures later today when I take off my CG for a shower...

Dr Comins is great, very professional and I feel he did a great job on my abdomen. My inner thighs and knees are scheduled for the 11 Sept. Unfortunately I was never offered/told about using foam pads under my compression garment to ensure a smooth result and a few days after returning to my desk job I started to get a line across my abdomen, which resulted in a lump appearing above the line (visible in side view). I found out about foam inserts through the Realself reviews. I ordered some through the clinic and feel confident it will help ensure a great result. I'm also doing a course of manual lymphatic drainage massage, as recommended by Dr. Comins.
