Hey :) went to see Adrian and Aggie today. My surgery is on the 16th and they are going to bring in 390 cc and 420 ccs to see which size looks best. I am a 34 A wanting a natural small D. What date are you looking to go for? I'll keep you updated :)

How did the surgery go Hun? Xx

It went really well thanks Hun. I am 4 days post op & feel much better than I expected. The girls are really swollen though so cannot wait for some of that to go down. We went with the 330cc in the end as 360cc where too big. How are you doing Hun? X

Ahhh bless you I was thinking of you on Thursday and really felt for you but I'm guessing you found Wednesday the worst for the pain :( I remember the swelling well - frozen peas are your best friend! Are you still taking pain killers? Take it easy Hun. My boos are fantastic thank you :):):) I had my 6 week check Thursday, Adrian had a look at them and has given me a scar ointment and told me I can go on as normal now. I'll let you know what it's called so you can get it online - probably cheaper that way. The swelling has gone down loads and they have dropped nicely. How are you finding sleeping on your back? Xx

Ahh I've got my sizing app with him on Monday, can I ask why you went for over the muscle? I'm undecided. Thankyou

Good luck! Aggie and Adrian said I had enough breast tissue to go over the muscle so there was no need to go under :) recovery is meant to be a lot quicker too when going over

Ohh ok thankyou I had my sizing yesterday and they said the same! They said I like would look just as natural but it's so confusing as everything on here pretty much says opposite! Going to go with them though as they are the professionals!

I know it's really hard. I was speaking to Aggie yesterday at my post op and what you have to remember on her is that lots of the surgeons/ladies are from America and they all seems to go under the muscle whether they need to or not. I'll pop some more pics up soon as the swelling is going down and they're beginning to drop so hopefully that will help :)

What made you decide for Nagor implants, instead of other brands? I have an appointment with the surgeon next month, and she only uses Nagor implants, and was wondering how good and safe they are...
July 1, 2017
I found The nagor implants sat and felt a lot more natural compared to the others. Adrian has used nagor on a lot of his patients and I trusted his recommendation. There are a few YouTube videos on them if that helps you? There is one of a lorry driving over a nagor implant without its shell being damaged or the inside which was quite amazing and amusing. Take your time in choosing the implant everyone's chest and breast pockets are different and look better with different implants [RS bleep]

Ah thank you lovely! I have felt okay in my self. I did have a small rash on my breast so did have a little panic although other than that all has been fab! I am just taking paracetamol when and if now. Aggie has been an absolute star the whole time, any questions I have had she has answered straight away. Sleeping on my back surprisingly has been okay, I wake 1-2 times in the night uncomfortable but tend to get straight back to sleep. I did change to my m&s support bra yesterday but it's soo yighybso I have changed back to the original this evening haha xx

Aggie is fantastic isn't she! Was the rash just a little relation to the anaesthetic? I started to panic 5 days in because o started waking up on my side and tummy without knowing! It hasn't had an effect on them though thankfully! Amazing how quick the body heals! I'm glad you're sleeping better than expected :) ahhh the surgery bra is a god send for the first few days. Be careful when you wash it because mine shrunk haha! I have a black and pink post surgery bra from m&s and I find its so comfortable at night. Tesco are really good for non wired bras. And sainsburys have those vesty support bras which a god send too :)
8 days pre

9 days to go!

Really feeling nervous now! I've got so much on my plate with work and my son which is helping me put the surgery to the back of my mind....

Here are some pre op pics for your poor eyes to see ladies.

Hey! You must be so excited. I'm all booked in now for 27th June. I'm having surgery at the Fitzroy. I just noticed Adrian's account suspended on here, not sure why

I wish you all the best for Tuesday! Let us no how you get on x

Hey hey :) all done and dusted! I've just done another review so I hope it helps you and if you have any questions just ask :) x
Day of treatment

Made It!

So after arriving at 10 I had my surgery at about 12.30 and left the hospital by 16.30. I woke up feeling like I'd had the best night sleep ever but just in pain. No sickness, no sore throat from the breathing tube. They gave me morphine in recovery which helped and after that my chest was just uncomfortable.
The staff were lovely! I was so nervous in theatre, Aggie held my hand until I fell asleep and the anaesthetists were so kind and supportive.
Great experience fab team!
Oh and I went 420HR in both :)
Any questions just ask!

This is really reassuring. Adrian and Aggie both seem so lovely! Do you have any after pictures currently?
May 17, 2017
I will upload some later when I've taken my painkillers and let you know :) they're a little high and swollen at the moment so they look squashed. I'm so glad I didn't go 390cc. When you're at your sizing appointment they look bigger than when they are under the skin. I put all my trust in Aggie to decide when in theatre- ask Aggie to take 3 implants into surgery and she will try them all. I'm so glad I went for the bigger size. So excited for you! You know where I am of you have any other questions. I'll pop some pics on soon x

Your a star. What cup size were you roughly beforehand? I'm thinking 330cc. I'm 5 ft 3, about 8.5 stone & probably a current a cup. I literally cannot wait now!! My sizing appointment isn't until a week before which doesn't leave much time so I just hope it all goes well, already feeling nervous. Did you travel home the same day Hun? X
May 17, 2017
I was a 34 a but had quite a large farme and I'm 5ft 5, 10 stone. Don't feel nervous hun it's a great experience and so worth it. Yep I travelled home as soon as I felt good to go :) x
