Finally after lots of research, I've decided to do IT:).

I liked Mr Mashhadi a lot, he took time to explain everything and answer to all my questions. I even done the rice test and take them with me to compare with real implants.

I'm 33 yrs old, no kids, 1.55cm, 57 kg, 34B (B empty, A full) and I'm having Allergan Natrelle Inspira Responsive gel TRF 295cc, under muscle, high profile, textured round.

I hope it won't be too big for my body frame or too small :). Mr Mashhadi said I should be a B full or C small after (I won't mind C full, but don't want any bigger).

I read that Responsive is the softest gel implant from Allergan; under muscle fits my body frame as I don't have enough tissue and will hide the implant.

Things to do on my list: I'll take Arnica Montana and Bromelain 1 week before and 2 weeks after surgery. I will buy the Arnica cream as well (after they remove my 'bandage). I have started to use coconut oil and shea butter and I'll use them after (scared about stretch marks).

I bought few sport bras (Dr Mashaddi advised to get shock absorber or sport bra but not medical compression). Still not sure if will be good: I bought a front zipper from: M&S 34C, Gemm one 36C. The one from M&S it's ok, but the 34 band lookc to small and the 36 too big. The one from Gemm it's softer, for night, but doesn't look like it will hold my implants.. I will buy the 34 maybe and see how it is. Do you think my band will increase as well?

I'll keep you updated ladies :)

Hi there, just a quick note about bras...your whole rib area will swell after surgery so your band size needs to be big enough - at least a size bigger than normal otherwise it will feel so uncomfortably tight ( that is IF you can get it on!) I used Macom front openimg surgical bra....I think on their website they have a size guide). Good luck. (Don't worry your ribcage will shrink back eventually!) Oh, & you will probably find it very difficult to use your arms in the first few days - even lifting a kettle was difficult for me! Xx

thanks Soph for you advice! I'll go up one size!

I would say the same- everything i swollen (as soon as they put the IV in you the scale will read 5lbs or so heavier). Also consider buy big fluffy socks that are a few sizes too big (swollen feet, and not having use of arms......)

I bought both of those. The shock absorber I bought a 36DD and it's still too tight so I haven't worn it at all. But the gem one which is really soft is the best. You would think it's too soft but it's perfect, trust me you will be sore and also you don't want the band to rub on your incisions!

I bought gem, anita and royce :) a lot of money spend but I thought it's worth it. Yes you're right the gem one looks too soft but I'll see. I'll have my surgery next Sunday so I'll take all of them in the hospital. I cannot figure now which one will be the best :P

They do not provide you with a the surgical bra leaving the hospital? they should. It just be a front clip surgical bra (they have many sizes there so they will know what fits).

What size were you pre op?
June 1, 2015
Hi, I was a 34B empty. Now I barely fit a 36C sport bra.

Hi I bought my sports bras from asda George & they do up at the back & they was fine although the sizes are a bit smaller i had to get a 36E & I'm only 32E You will get side swelling as well so make sure you go for a bigger back size. My feet never swelled up, you will not be able to use your arms properly for a time Mr Masshadi is fantastic he done my ba on 28th February 2015 I had 495cc over musc high profile fake look. I was a 32B before surgery I never expected to end up an E cup but I'm happy & my boobs look natural Mr Masshadi said. My scaring is pink but fading hardly visible my rib cage wasn't swollen just very tender breast was numb still is a bit now but I'm only 3 months post op but it all takes time.. Don't worry about things you have chosen a great surgeon

Post surgery - happy

isabelle7271
All done for me. I had my surgery last Sunday. Mr Mashhadi and all the staff from transform riverside were fabulous. I feel pain in my upper back and a bit of pain under my arms (that may be because of the band). I wasn't swollen and I keep taking arnica. .

May 27, 2015
You will get all sorts of weird pains, and bubbling feelings and swollen feelings...one night I thought mine were going to burst they felt so tight....all normal...you've had major stuff done....it takes while. I'm two week post op of facelift ....still swollen and scars changing daily ...xx hope you're still pleased ? ;-)

Hiya..i hope you are recovering well. Your boobs look great. I see you have the standard mr mashidi tape round the boobs. I used mr mashadi too. I just have one advice for you, I was tapped up like you after surgery and I made the mistake of leaving the tape until at least day 8 and by the time I took them off, they had left bruises and marks on my skin. I hope It doesn't happen to you but i just thought I'd let you know. Happy recovery!! You look great already so it can only get better from here x
May 27, 2015
Thank you misswest. I think because of the tape I cannot keep my back and my shoulders straight. I will see, I cannot take off till see the nurse next week. Thanks for letting me know

Day 6 without tape

isabelle7271
I am 7 days post op now. I took the tape from around my breasts as it was killing me. My left breast and arm feel numb and I have stabbing pain.

Poor thing. Luckily, what you are feeling, and when you are felling it is completely normal. Do you have a compression garment? often times when there is numbing/stabbing it is a nerves reconnecting, and immobilization can be beneficial. At first when you put the bra on, it is uncomfortable, then quickly I find relief. But follow your PS instructions- some advise bra, other not. Day 9 is when things started to turn around for me, and also when I had- what can only be scientifically described as 'Sea Monkeys Swimming in my Boob'. Lovely.
June 4, 2015
Hi, thanks you. I think my recovery is going really well. I still have some pain but it is really not bad. My surgeon said to wear a sport bra, he said that compression bra wouldn't allow the implant to settle down in the pocket. I need to look up on Google.. :) about the sea monkey :P
