Syed Mashhadi, FRCS

I would highly recommend Dr. Mashadi. I had a lift and implants in 2015 and have been complimented many times on how natural my breasts look. Dr. Mashadi was very cautious about giving me implants that wouldn’t suit my frame or would be too heavy and result in dropping (he explained I had ‘thin skin’ and it wouldn’t support a large implant for too long). He offered two size choices and at the time I considered both to be very small but I can’t thank him enough for this advice - If anything, I wish I’d gone with the smaller recommendation (I’m now a 34DD and size 8)!

I’m now 30 and although I’ve loved my boobs and gained a huge amount of confidence from them, I’ve decided to look into getting them taken out and return my natural look. I plan to see Dr Mashadi again for this procedure. 

For anyone worrying about scarring on a lift, I don’t have very high-quality skin and scar easily but mine are barely noticeable.

I had my breast augmentation with Dr Mashhadi though MYA on November 27th 2020 and I honestly couldn't recommend him enough very professional. I had my first consultation via video because of covid which was very detailed he answered all my questions and genuinely wanted to k ow what I wanted to achieve in my personal appearance which was nice not to just be told what I need. I then had my face to face consultation where I tried on the implants different sizings and went over everything I choose 400cc high profile. Literally a few weeks before my surgery I started to worry about if I had chosen the right size I was able to see Dr Mashhadi again go over what I needed and my mind was put to rest. The day of the surgery the hole team at harley st were amazing from start to finish Dr mashhadi answered all the questions I had and made me feel very comfortable going into my surgery. I was immediately over the moon with my results and am still very pleased with the daily progress I see in them. I wouldn't worry about anything if you have an up and coming surgery with him best experience so happy I had him as a surgeon

So i had my first surgery (uplift & implants) back in june 2018 with a different surgeon and i was left looking like i had been butchered, there were so many complications i just didnt think my boobs could ever be fixed. However that changed when i meet Dr Mashhadi i can not thank him enough, he reassured me every step of the way and the outcome was AMAZING!! 

He managed somehow to remove a very big scar that i was left with on my left boob from the previous surgeon Which i thought i was never going to get rid of. He also fixed my uneven and very big messy nipples that i was left with and made them look normal again and a right shape and size.He made sure that he ordered 2 different sizes of implants just to be 100% sure, as i had one boob bigger than the other and he made the right decision as they are both now the same size. He done another uplift which he performed brilliantly straight away i could tell he removed as much skin as he could which the first surgeon failed to do so as 2 months after my surgery my boobs started to drop and sag way too much. 

I was very scared this time round to have my bandages taken off but i was in shock and overwhelmed in just a week after my surgery how amazing they looked, i wasnt in hardly no pain and after 3 days i even stopped taking pain killers because i wasnt in no pain just a little discomfort from the bandages which is normal and i only had a little bit of bruising which is totally normal, i was expecting way more bruising as my first surgery with the other surgeon left me black and blue so i was very happy and surprised when i saw hardly no bruising as i knew that was a good sign and that Dr Mashhadi was very careful. 

Dr Mashhadi is definitely a very careful and excellent surgeon his work is very neat and precise.Overall he had to do so much work on my boobs and fix the other surgeons mistakes and I honestly can say he definitely couldn’t of done a better job. He made me feel so comfortable every step of the way and he is genuinely a very polite and nice man. 

I’am nearly 6 months post op now and my scars are healing very nice they are fading more and more everyday and my boobs have dropped naturally now the swelling as gone down and are sitting in a nice place and haven't dropped out of shape and haven’t started to sag like the last time. 

I Highly recommend Dr Mashhadi to anyone looking to have there boobs done as he has definitely made me get my confidence back and is a very professional excellent surgeon with very high standards.

I had my procedure and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I have done , I love my body

I decided to seek breast augmentation after breastfeeding. I booked a consultation with Mr Mashhadi who was patient and gave in depth explanation of options. Answered all questions and we had a total of 3 consultations before surgery. From first meeting, he made me feel at ease and although I sought two other surgeons to seek different opinions, I knew I wanted to have my breast augmentation with him. On the day of surgery, everyone at the clinic were caring from start to finish. I am very happy with what he achieved for me 11 days post op and I feel great. Amazing surgeon who made the best decision for me right up to the operation room when the size I had chosen didn't yield the results wanted on the smaller boob, he made adjustments and I couldn't be happier. I love my new boobs.

My only regret is my not trying bigger sizes as I thought I was quite petite and stuck to two average sizes. I would do this procedure again in a heart beat.

Mr Mashhadi was amazing! Really and truly a warm person and made me feel so at ease - unlike some surgeons who are very cold and dismissive! He put up with me changing my mind about 4/5 times before the surgery and gave me a pretty much painless surgery, despite me being worried to hell about the pain! I am so grateful to have such a skilled and talented surgeon and although my results aren’t settled and I fear I may have picked the wrong size implant in the end, Mr Mashhadi’s work is precise, very neat and has made me look elegant and classy and I cannot be happier!

Mr Mashhadi made me feel comfortable and relaxed when I had my first consultation with him. I had been suggested him through MYA and was the best choice I have made.
Gave me the exact size and shape I had wished for without even asking.
Knew what would fit my body straight away and explained everything clearly to me.

I had a breast augmentation yesterday with Mr. Mashhadi and I can honestly say that already I am over the moon with the results and how I feel. I had 400cc high profile subfascial implants and can’t thank Mr Mashhadi enough for my amazing results! He’s a very talented surgeon who I will be recommending! Thank you once again!

I had tubular breasts since puberty and have been planning on having this surgery since I was about 14! I have just completed my surgery and thought I’d include some info about the experience on here. I’m so glad I did it already

I took these as soon as I woke up - I was in no pain, just discomfort!

Prior to having the operation I had very little breast tissue- about a AA 32. I was recommended Mr Mashhadi because I heard that he is very good at the more natural look. When having the consultation we decided on 325 cc hp, I was not too sure if I should go bigger but I’m very happy that he said that it would be the most suitable size for my body type, as now they look very natural and in proportion to my body! I would definitely recommend Mr Mashhadi if you are looking for a natural size that will suit to your body, as you can barely tell that that they have been done! He is also very sensible as he considers your lifestyle e.g. if you do a lot of sport to make sure that what size you want to go for is suitable. It has been 8 weeks post op, I’m very impressed with the results and feel like myself again!
Cannot recommend enough!
