How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Best Filler EVER. Never a Rash. Lasts at Least a Year ... Not 8-9 Mos. Like Juvaderm

I've been having Perlane done in the marionette lines (lines from the corners of my mouth to chin), a little in the parenthesis lines (the sides of my nose to the corners of my mouth), and around the mouth for 15 years or so. I have horrible hereditary lines around the mouth and this fixes them no muss no fuss. Lasts a good year. No one wants to get needled in the face more than that. You do at least get the FULL cc (unlike Juvaderm which use to be 0.8 but believe now do the full cc too). One cc covers what I need done. I get a red rash, looks like pimples, from Juvaderm so I stick with Perlane as I've never had a reaction to either Perlane or Restylane. As with any filler around the mouth area, ALWAYS get a dental block done so it's painless. Plastic surgeons and their staff almost always do a dental block. Some dermatologists and their staff seem to think injecting painful thick fillers is ok. I don't. I think having any filler done without a dental block is barbaric. Use ice packs during the treatment to prevent bruising. And skip vitamins (especially vit. e) 3 days b/4 treatment.
