Dr. Mesa and his staff were amazing. I cannot say enough about the experience I had. He is an extremely talented surgeon and his approach is very non-intimidating. He makes you feel very comfortable. I received voluma in the cheeks and juvederm for a lip augmentation. I had no bruising and hardly any swelling. I have had many friends get the same lip procedure and came out with excessive bruising and swelling. He is highly experienced with fillers, and it shows. I never thought i'd see the day that i would be comfortable and confident without any make up on! My mother and a few friends are planning on making appointments with him because they love my results. The two beautiful women that work for him also added to a lovely and comfortable experience.. Amy and Christine..they were awesome! This will definitely not be the last time I go to him! Thank you Dr. Mesa and staff!! --A very happy patient!

how is the Voluma holding up? i have had Radiesse in the past, but it only lasted about 2 months for me and was quite expensive. thank you!

I really love the outcome of the voluma--I recieved 1.5 syringes on each side. It has gone down a very little bit. I am planning on going back for a "touch-up" soon. Dr. Mesa said most of his patients return around the 18 month mark (which is quite a long time for fillers). I will say Voluma will cost more than Radiesse, but it lasts much longer and is softer, which gives a very natural outcome. Side note: The longevity and overall outcome depends on how experienced your doctor is, so not always looking for the best price is smart. Good luck :)
