My nose looks amazing - so happy I decided to go for it

I loved my experience with Dr. Sepehr! I had originally scheduled a consultation for a revision rhinoplasty. I had my first rhinoplasty about 5 years ago from breaking it many times playing sports in college. I noticed the tip of my nose had "drooped" down over the years and wanted to know what my options were. (And if it was safe to have another surgery). He was my third consultation about this, and the only Dr. to be super honest and transparent about my options. (Which I really appreciated). I wasn't the best candidate for another rhinoplasty, so we ended up deciding to do a "liquid rhinoplasty" which is when you add filler to the nose. We gave mine a little lift and some more dimension/ shape where it had lost some or became uneven in surgery. I cant say enough good things about the whole process. Dr. Sepehr was very patient, listened to everything I had to say, and was honest in the consultation, he was gentle and talented when it came to doing the filler. (I didn't even swell!), and the whole experience from checking in with the super friendly girls in the office to the actual treatments were just what I was looking for. They make you feel super comfortable and confident. I would recommend his practice to anyone looking to improve anything they feel a little self-conscious about. You wont regret it :)
Oh and my nose looks amazing- I didn't know this amount of lift could be achieved with filler. I'm so happy I decided to go for it!
