Hello,
I am doing so much better and feeling great! I've had 5 of 10 massages with Delmie at True Lymphatic Massages and she is great! I am loving my progress. I am now in my stage two faja but will be moving to a smaller size next week! I am in no pain, but still a little sore to touch on the sides. I have started walking at week 2 and I am now back in the gym as of this morning. I am looking forward to seeing my results improve even more! Here are some pics that I took last night.

Why Did I Wait So Long??!!!
I’ve spent the past few years struggling to get rid of the extra “fat” in my abdomen area. I never had a problem in this area until I was around 37. I am now 41. Although I consistently worked out, I also consistently ate and drank lol. Don’t get me wrong, I would eat good most of the time, but the bad eating only balanced out with the good eating so although I maintained a decent weight, nothing moved in the mid-section. For about a year I researched different doctors in the Houston area to inquire about 360 lipo. Ultimately, I decided on going with Dr. Hennessey and boy am I glad that I did!! I had a virtual consultation in February and received a quote. I had an in-office consultation mid-March and had my procedure this past Monday, April 19th! I was very nervous on surgery day but the staff as well as Dr. Hennessey made me feel so comfortable. What attracted me to Dr. Hennessy was the price point, the location, his total years of experience and the fact that it was an in-office procedure using only local anesthesia!
The surgery went well. I watched one a half movie and I was done! I also talked with Dr. Hennessey and his nurse often throughout the procedure. The only discomfort I felt was a slight pinch when applying the medicine at each incision site. He would always warn me when it was coming. Other than that, you could feel tugging throughout the procedure but nothing unbearable. I felt fine going home and slept for most of the evening when I got home. Now the leakage the first night was REAL! Although I was somewhat prepared, I guess I really didn’t expect it to be THAT much! My husband was great at changing the pads on the bed and on my incision sites. We also had place plastic underneath the sheets just in case. The only thing I would warn is to not try to remove the garment. We did that thinking we would change all the pads out at the incision sites at once and then replace the garment but that was a bad idea! I almost fainted from exhaustion from the time it took to do all of this! I recommended just replacing each pad at the incision site one by one and work around the garment. After that I slept for the rest of the night and when I woke up the next morning there was only slight leaking at one incision site and by mid-day all leaking had subsided. I was able to shower on day 2. The pain went from about an 8 on day one to a 5 on day two. Beginning day two, I only took Tylenol and not the prescribed Hydrocodone. Today is day three and I’m still a little sore but I am moving around much easier today.I am attaching pictures before and after. The before are the day of the surgery and the after is the day after surgery. So far, I am very pleased with y results and knowing that they will get better from here makes me even more pleased! I have not had any lymphatic massages yet (first one is next Tuesday) so you will notice the swelling and lumps but I can definitely see the difference! Dr. Hennessey was able to remove 5 pounds of fat!My stats before surgery 5’1” 149 pounds. I got on the scale this morning and I was 142. I’m hoping to get to 135. I will come back and update weekly. And if you have any questions, just ask!
