Could have been better - there was absolutely zero result

I did liposuction on my upper arms. There was absolutely zero result when he did this for me. I didn't lose any of the upper arm fat that was there. I also asked him to make an incision on my inverted flat nipple during the surgery which he did not do. When I went back in to have it done, he instead cut off part of my already small and flat nipple instead of doing the incision. My breast implant went well but the other two treatments I had felt poorly executed.
