Unsatisfied customer - depersonalizing environment

MEAT MARKET!!! A depersonalizing environment in which people are economic resources. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Dr. Zayas was not prepared to see me on the day of my surgery. He did not have any clue what was I doing because he didn't have my chart in front of him. He was supposed to be in surgery while he was examining me. How can a Dr. be in 2 places at the same time? The answer is he has Assistants helping him doing surgeries. I saw him going in an out of the operation room while I was waiting for him to start with mine. Three different assistants signed my lipo 360. The staff don't communicate with one another. My Fiance was given different instructions on the day of my release.

Ladies & Gentleman, this is your body and your money!!! My suggestion is if you are contemplating this place DON'T DO IT!!! GO TO YOUR LOCAL SURGEON and build a report.
