This company is very dishonest and I have all the records to prove this. I will not go into details as this is an ongoing case but please keep this in mind when you are shopping for a reputable surgeon. When it comes to cosmetic surgery where death is a risk factor always go with a board certified plastic surgeon. Dr. Miles credentials are listed and you will see he’s actually board certified in Family medicine which is about a 3 year residency vs a 6 year residency that a plastic surgeon goes through. Family medicine actually deals with little to no surgeries so to go from family medicine to cutting people without the proper training from a residency program is a scary situation. Be smart about the hands you leave your life in. 

Also look out for an office that does not refund you your money back no matter what. Things happen in life or people change their minds and that’s okay. Rather look for an office that may keep a retainer fee or charge a cancellation fee. This is a fair trade since the business did invest their time into you but also shows compassion unlike TBBS that offers no refund of any kind no matter the circumstances. 

Dr. Miles will perform surgery without ever laying eyes on you or talking to you until the day of, be careful with this because a reputable surgeon will always consult their patient and answer all questions whether you request the consultation or not. I can provide all proof to these points so do not hesitate to reach out to me. Look for a transparent company where you can directly talk to staff rather than hiding behind a portal so your experience will be more personable. Do research and choose wisely.

Brittany, the inferences that you make in your review are libelous and we will seek legal redress because of them. The fact of the matter is that you did not show up to your surgery on 2 separate occasions when the Dr. and all staff were waiting for you with all surgical supplies and medications open and ready to be used for your surgery. All of Dr. Miles’ credentials and experience are listed on our website www.justlipotampa.com for all to review.

All patients meet with Dr. and Team prior to surgery to review the procedure in further detail. Our Medical Team is available to all patients as they prepare for surgery to review what to expect with the procedure and to answer all questions they may have.

You were given all information regarding our scheduling and refund policy prior to us receiving payment just as all patients do. You tied up the surgery schedule 2 times as a “no show” and were fully aware with signed acknowledgment of our company policies.

When you were told this you threatened making accusations on social media which now is extortion. You will be contacted by our legal team shortly.

As people come to this page and look at the reviews I hope you ( the customer) analyzes how business is conducted. Not once did I make accusations as I am giving useful tips based on my professional opinion as a provider.

Thank you for confirming that all patients meet with the doctor and staff prior to surgery as I can confirm this was never done through a consult and if it was going to be done on the day of surgery I would not have had sufficient information based on the timing of surgery in which I feel like I would have been signing under duress.

Please be aware that you have still not released my medical records when requested and I’ve been blocked from my patient portal. I have nothing written that the doctor is refusing me as a patient and I can prove that the disclosure form was presented to me only on May 31st that contains no signature.

I look forward to hearing from your legal team and customers please take into account what you will be getting into. Read the negative reviews. It is the consumer’s right to make a review. Keep yourself informed at all times.
