Dr.Miles was the first Dr I found when I first starting researching BBL doctors back in 2018. I got distracted by the Miami prices and decided to go to Miami however never ended up getting surgery in Miami because of a nightmare(see previous review for full experience) and ended up signing with Dr.Miles in Tampa. The Free Consultation online made it fairly easy to get a quote and book a surgery date which was nice because I was beyond ready to make up for my experience in Miami. They also use a patient portal messaging service which I loved because it gave me super easy access to the medical team. They were very good at being responsive to any of my questions or concerns and actually helped me get new prescription after I was having a bad reaction to the current medication so that was really comforting. My surgery was scheduled on December 31'st. I was prepped and ready to tackle my recovery.I also bought some after care services from them as they recommend getting Ultrasound Cativation treatments to help with fluid reduction and overall recovery. I was confident in Dr.Miles and looked forward to seeing my new body. The day of surgery came and to be honest the use of local general anesthesia was comforting as that in itself is a bit scary anytime going under for surgery. I don't remember much of the actual surgery itself as I was very comfortable with the medication they provide for pain/anxiety. I also invested in an extra sedative they provide called PRONOX. You definitely want to remember PRONOX girls lols. I didn't feel any pain really until the next day. I drank a gallon of water a day starting post op day 2 and also did a load of laundry lols. They recommend waiting a week to start massages which I don't recommend. The massages aren't comfortable but the earlier the better in my opinion and a good amount of other surgeons do recommend sooner as it helps removed excess bodily fluid left behind from surgery. They do drain you immediately after surgery but I was very leaky the first week from surgery which was just an annoyance. Overall Dr.Miles snatched the heck out my waist and really shaped my midsection which I'm in love with. The overall size and shape of my butt has grown a healthy precentage and I have had no complications so I'm grateful for this team and my end result. I do plan on getting a Round 2 but haven't decided if I want to try Miami again or stick with Miles. I love his liposuction technique but really looking for bigger projection and hip shape for my round 2. If anyone has suggestions I would love to here them! Updated on 29 Apr 2021: My only concern with this office was the pricing pyramid that was used. In no way am I discrediting Dr.Miles work or skillset but for him not to be a plastic surgery board certified surgeon that should be taken into consideration for the pricing. I didn’t appreciate the add-on price of the “Spanish Waist” or the add-on price of the “Fat Transfer” to the bottom ... I am a huge advocate for the extra sedation of PRONOX as it did help ease anxiety and alleviate the pain but in my opinion it should be included as they clearly don’t use General Anesthesia because of restrictions. Outside of pricing I am still content with my first round results from this Dr. Updated on 30 Apr 2021: STATS PRIOR TO SURGEY 5’4 155 Waist 29 Hips 36 Updated on 30 Apr 2021: STATS AFTER SURGERY 5’4 145 Waist 24 with faja Waist 25 without faja Hips 41

I have been obsessing over my BBL for 3-4 years and I finally found a doctor that I am interested in and is local!!! My BBL is booked for Jan 3 at Tampa Bay Body Sculpting and I’m super excited. I was 200 lbs and I went all the way down to 163 lbs and I still have that “tire waist” along with no butt at all.... I want to finally get rid of that stubborn section that will not go away and have some kind of projection I will start posting pics soon :) Updated on 14 Dec 2018: So literally 3 weeks until my surgery. I’m trying to figure out where to buy my faja from and not spend over $50. I read that a lot of people ended up having to get a smaller one later on so spending $50 will be ideal! If anybody knows a good inexpensive place please let me know! Updated on 14 Dec 2018: This is me before I’m 5’1 and 160lbs and I’m trying to drop to 150 by Jan 3 to cut some off my back fat. Updated on 19 Dec 2018: I’m trying to get to 155 lbs by Jan 1. Hopefully I drop!!! Stupid Christmas is right around the corner. I uploaded pictures of my before with clothes on. My butt is so flat. I hope I get the projection I want and that bump above my butt removed !! Updated on 19 Dec 2018: So I’m reading recent review and a lot of people were saying that they didn’t like there results. I don’t really want dramatic though I just don’t want to be spongebob lol. I’m not sure what to expect since I have no butt at all. Updated on 28 Dec 2018: I’m super excited. My sister has been praying for me she stopped judging me now she scared. Lol but I’m not scared because I been waiting for a long time for this time. They sent me an email to pick up my prescription it’s really happening !!! I’m still trying to lose a little more weight. Realistically speaking I want to be 155 before the surgery last time I weighed myself before Christmas I was 159. I just want to surprise myself lol I stopped drinking and I’m not eating bad carbs ! Updated on 4 Jan 2019: So I absolutely love Dr Miles we talked a little before surgery which made me feel comfortable. I freakin hated being awake during the surgery because it was uncomfortable.. but I have a tattoo on my foot and to be honest that pain was worst I cried. The pain was not as bad as I thought after. I do keep throwing up which sucks. I love my results I hated my love handles and my back fat so it looks all gone my butt is whatever to be completely honest. I took some pics so you guys can see. I understand I’m swollen but I’m super happy. And the pain from 1-10 is only a 4. I am concerned my butt is flat but we will see. Updated on 5 Jan 2019: So I’m still not In terrible pain but sleeping on my stomach sucks and Is uncomfortable. Lol I am also terribly itchy I been taking benedryl which I’m not sure helped cuz I been knocking right out. Updated on 6 Jan 2019: Hopefully it’s stays this full because my butt don’t look that big ! Updated on 7 Jan 2019: I did not get abdomen lipo because it would’ve been a separate surgery and my stomach never bothered me so I’ll just challenge myself to the gym and get some abs lol Updated on 22 Jan 2019: So Thursday makes 3 weeks and I have been going through the motions. My waist has gotten smaller and so has my butt but some days it’ll be big so I kinda give up. Lol I guess I will see what happens. I got over obsessing and trying to hide the booty. My confidence is on a 1000. Pain - My lower back gets extremely tender and I get itchy on my bck. Arnica cream helps a lot !!! And the massages are so worth it. I went to this lady Kim at “Healing Within” and she does Lymphatic she really knows what she’s doing. I would definitely recommend her! Updated on 25 Jan 2019: Updated on 25 Jan 2019: You can see how weird it looks how nice it looks. Definitely better then what it did though!! But I swear the gym is going to be my bestfriend.
This company is very dishonest and I have all the records to prove this. I will not go into details as this is an ongoing case but please keep this in mind when you are shopping for a reputable surgeon. When it comes to cosmetic surgery where death is a risk factor always go with a board certified plastic surgeon. Dr. Miles credentials are listed and you will see he’s actually board certified in Family medicine which is about a 3 year residency vs a 6 year residency that a plastic surgeon goes through. Family medicine actually deals with little to no surgeries so to go from family medicine to cutting people without the proper training from a residency program is a scary situation. Be smart about the hands you leave your life in. Also look out for an office that does not refund you your money back no matter what. Things happen in life or people change their minds and that’s okay. Rather look for an office that may keep a retainer fee or charge a cancellation fee. This is a fair trade since the business did invest their time into you but also shows compassion unlike TBBS that offers no refund of any kind no matter the circumstances. Dr. Miles will perform surgery without ever laying eyes on you or talking to you until the day of, be careful with this because a reputable surgeon will always consult their patient and answer all questions whether you request the consultation or not. I can provide all proof to these points so do not hesitate to reach out to me. Look for a transparent company where you can directly talk to staff rather than hiding behind a portal so your experience will be more personable. Do research and choose wisely.
Scheduled for my lipo 360 and arm lipo 4/13/21 so far my experience has been great, staff always answer my questions fast and are always nice haven't met Dr. Miles yet but so far I'm happy with all of his reviews and before and after pics and am confident he will fulfill my dreams lol. I will give updates once my procedure is completed but so far 5 stars for customer service and pricing tried 2 others in the same area before TBBS but they were either unprofessional or wayyy too much Updated on 6 Apr 2021: Got to met Dr. Miles in person before my surgery which is now 1 week away ( I'm too excited) and he just made me feel even more comfortable I am so glad I choose to go with TBBS Dr. Miles is very sweet and great sense of humor and the staff is just as wonderful as they've been via email/klara, after pics coming soon stay tuned lol Updated on 16 Apr 2021: Had my lipo 360 on 4/13 I am now 3 days post op and I have to say everything went better then I expected very minimal pain during my procedure, was awake the whole time even chatted with Dr. Miles lol (the numbing was the worse part) got my first massage today and I'm loving my result more and more. I definitely recommend Dr. Miles and TBBS everything thing went great and Iam loving my new body Updated on 16 Apr 2021: some pics before and after my first massage today love my results more and more!!! the massage hurt but felt good at the same time lol I see why they highly recommend the massages felt even better after the massage will be going back in 2 days my LMT suggested I get 2 massages a week will have my 1 week post op appointment with Dr. Miles on the 20th can't wait to see what my bodys looking like by then will update after 2nd massage Updated on 18 Jun 2021: Currently 2 months and 5 days post op, still loving my results looking better everyday. I do still get some swelling at my lower abdomen area, still self massaging everyday well as see my LMT for lymphatic drainage massage once a week but I have no regrets what so ever even thinking of going back for other procedures Dr. Miles was great!!!!
