Life changing - I never thought I could feel so good again

I thought I was a pretty confident person and as I have aged, I cared less and less what others think about what I look like. I was content with myself and figured since my husband loves me no matter what, why should I bother? But then I saw a picture of myself last year that really made me see what others see (other than my hubby) and I was shook. I have tried diet and exercise, but I had some areas that no matter what, never bounced back after a c-section. I had looked at other less invasive methods to correct these issues and then thought, “If I am going to do anything to alter my body in any way, I need to do my research."
