A Total Ripoff

Hard no. Complete waste of money. Had a liposuction and Botox procedure done here - was told 75% minimum improvement with lipo - there was 0% improvement with lipo from this doctor. He performed it manually with a syringe. He did NOT use the machine despite repeated questions as to why he wasn’t using the machine. After the first procedure and absolutely no improvement, I paid for a revision and again asked him to use the machine and he wouldn’t. Again, absolutely zero improvements. After voicing my dissatisfaction about the procedure and result, I was flatly told to just go to another office. Complete waste of my money. Awful. Just awful.

In between these procedures I decided to get Botox in this office and the Botox didn’t work! 32-33 units and zero result. I again went back for a touch up, which they charged me for, and again, literally zero results. The injector then told me that I had built up a tolerance to the solution. What the..? I have never had Botox NOT work and I’ve been getting it for over a decade. So I went to another injector, told her this story and she injected same amount of units of Botox and within 2 days, the exact results I was looking for started to appear. Shocking. I should have known better than to use Gonyons office for either procedure.

Bottom line, don’t go to this office. Just don’t. You’ve been warned.
