Could Not Speak More Highly of a Surgeon

I had never worn a tank top once in my 28 years, until my arm lipo with Dr. Neinstein. I had been toying with the idea of arm lipo for years. I think I was overwhelmed by the idea of it - not fully understanding the process, and feeling as though “surgery” was such a big deal. Last summer, I hit my breaking point. I was walking through sweltering hot Brooklyn - in long sleeves, so physically uncomfortable - yet the idea of simply showing my arms was not a reality I would even remotely consider. For context: I workout minimally 4x/week and eat a relatively clean diet. I’ve gotten to the point where I feel generally good about my body, with the normal 5lb fluctuation. The actual procedure was a breeze - Dr. Neinstein and his wonderful team were talking to me through the whole thing. I was in mild pain for the first few days, and had swelling that persisted for a few weeks (as expected). I followed the aftercare instructions thoroughly, kept up with the lymphatic massages, and wore the compression gear. I’m now 3.5 months out, and I cannot express enough my gratitude for Dr. Neinstein and his team. I finally have the arms that I feel like fit in my body, and have the confidence to wear whatever I feel like. I cannot recommend Dr. Neinstein more - as far as I’m concerned, there’s no one better.
