My First Surgery Experience

WORTH IT
Hello! It’s been just over a month since my arm liposuction.

The first two weeks were definitely the hardest. My arms felt very stiff, and I had some pain, which made movement quite limited.

After that, things started to improve. I began massaging my arms, and I was finally able to remove the compression garment for showers, which was such a relief. My bruising didn’t last longer than two weeks and faded pretty quickly.

As for the scars, they are already very small and barely visible. I think they will continue to fade over time.

Now, at the one-month mark, I can move freely again. I still experience some mild discomfort and a bit of numbness in certain areas, but it’s gradually improving.

I’m still wearing my compression garment at night.

Visually, I can already see a difference. I expect the swelling to continue going down, and I’m hopeful my arms will look even more defined in the coming months.

I’ve also started going back to the gym to help tone my arms and build some muscle.

Looking forward to seeing more changes in the next few months!

My First Surgery Experience

I found Girin Clinic while researching arm liposuction in Seoul and chose it for its strong experience in body contouring and natural-looking results.

During my consultation with Dr. Lee Jong Ho, everything was explained clearly, including the procedure, risks, and recovery. The staff were professional, supportive, and communication was smooth. I felt no pressure, and the clinic’s organized, safety-focused approach made me confident in my decision.

I decided on arm liposuction because my upper arms have always been a concern, even with weight loss. I wanted a more balanced and refined silhouette.

On the day of surgery, the staff were kind and reassuring, and everything felt well-managed from start to finish. The first few days were uncomfortable, as expected, with swelling and limited movement, but it gradually improved after day 3–4. By day 7, my mobility was better, though some swelling remained.

I didn’t experience any complications, and the clinic was responsive and supportive whenever I had questions during recovery.
