WORTH IT
Hey guys! It’s been a while. Everything with my healing is going great. The only think that’s sooo irritating is the itchy ness I feel wherever I had lipo. Basically it’s all the nerves reattaching and it gives an itchy sensation that doesn’t go away with actually itching the area. I love the way my inner thighs look, I live the cemetery I have in my body now. I still have a goal of loosing weight but I am happy with my shape! I am 5 foot 9. And I weight 190 right now.

Hey everyone. So far everything is going well. I’m in LOVE with the body contour that dr. Ochoa gave me. My tummy is like everything I dreamed of, and my curves are spot on! I love my hips, they are not huge but exactly what I wanted, curves.
He did an excellent job on contouring my stomach, I am wearing 3 pieces of foam in my faja at all times to keep the fat from settling in the grooves he made, so it looks funny now but later on it will look natural.
My thighs..... AMAZING. Again, he did phenomenal!!! My thighs don’t even touch at all, the skin is firm, no more sagging or bulges from previous liposuction.
I just finished my second round of antibiotics because of my incision on my inner thigh getting infected. I spoke to the plastic surgery department at kaiser about it and he said that the infection is extremely common in that area, being that the location of the incision is next to your private parts. He said the incision placement looks fantastic and was 100% confident that my results will look great in about a week.
He asked me why I chose to go to Mexico, I told him I found dr Ochoa and he CORRECTED work from a popular and expensive dr. That messed me up in Newport California. The dr. Didn’t have anything negative to say :) so I was happy about that.
Here are updated pics, I’m still very swollen. I started acupuncture this week and will start red light therapy next week.

You look great, did you have a groin incision thigh lift? How was the recovery? Can you post pictures of the scars? I need to have that done.
Yes groin incision only, the scar is virtually undetectable because it’s in my groin crease. It’s slightly red right now but when standing, you can’t see any part of it.

Swelling!!! The garments and the swelling are annoying. I am still very sensitive to the touch basically from my shoulders, to my knees. I’m REALLY struggling with sleeping because I have to lay on my stomach and I’ve decided for my neck and backs sake, I’m just going to sleep on my back with the boppy pillow and hope for the best.
Only complication I have now is that there is a small area on my inner thigh incision that did open so it’s an open wound, kinda deep. Dr. Ochoa said to keep putting the medicated powder that he provided me with, on it and to remove the faja if it’s irritating it, until it dries up so for now I am faja free until this dries up to heal well.
Right now my butt looks like a hard square. I know it’s just a stage, and there are many more stages to come so I’m not worried.

How are you doing? Healing going well?
Hi! I’m doing well, I hit two weeks on Saturday, and I am LOVING my stomach, and hips... my shape is exactly what I wanted.
I am still VERY swollen. I took my faja off for a few days per dr. Ochoa because on my inner thigh incision, I have a spot that opened and became like a 15mm open wound. So I am taking antibiotics again, for that and I just started to wear my faja again, the faja was rubbing exactly on that spot which probably led to it opening. Other than that, I’m great! Went to Costco today and the park with my kids
