Inner thigh liposuction revision - far exceeded my expectations
Inner Thigh Liposuction Revison
In July of 2021 I had a crescent thigh lift to take away some of the loose skin due to fat loss and aging and the surgeon that did the surgery insisted on doing liposuction..I did not want liposuction because of a past bad experience but he said that he was only going to take the fat from the area where he was excising the skin so I finally agreed but because I was so thin I told him I did not want to waste any of the fat and that I had a small area for him to put it in..well 5 weeks after the surgery when the swelling and severe bruising was going away I started to see indentions and then every day it just got worse and worse.. I was devastated..hardly any sleep for months and my hair was falling out from all the stress..of course he said it was my fault and that he had no intention of doing lipo and that the only reason he did it was because I wanted the fat for another area..then he said that he only took it from the area that we agreed on and the damage was only from the cánulas..a complete lie..I’m sure many of you reading this can relate to this or a something similar..
I had multiple consultations and bottom line they all said it would pretty much be impossible to fix because I just did not have the donor fat or that I needed another lift because of all the loose skin but that it wouldn’t really do anything for the deep indentations..the one depression looked like a shark bite..I was deformed..2 days after the last consult where they told me to just try and forget about it and just live with it I found a message in my Instagram account ..I had left a comment on a post about botched inner thigh lipo so this girl said that she had a very similar experience and that she found a Dr. in Brazil that basically changed her life..so of course I wanted to have a consult with him..Dr. Rodrigo Rosique..
He told me he could help me but I would have to gain 3 to 5 kilos to be able to harvest the fat for a fat transfer..that seemed like a real task because gaining weight for me was very difficult and especially I have a lot of food restrictions like gluten so breads and pasta, dairy, sugar the things that help put on fat..but I decided that I had to do it..in 3 months I gained close to 6 kilos without eating those foods..in my case during my second consult Dr, R told me I would most likely need 2 rounds a year apart because not all the fat survives..but I knew I had to do something even just for my sanity..I read everyone of his reviews plus I found him to very honest and kind..He took a lot of time during both the consults and I felt very comfortable plus there was someone ahead of me that I could communicate with and she was just so supportive..
so I had the procedure done on September 14..the care before and after the surgery was impeccable..totally different than my experience with the botcher…to make a long story shorter the surgery was a complete success.. I could not be happier..Dr. Rosique far exceeded my expectations ..it is indescribable what a difference this has made for me physically and psychologically..and time will tell if I even need another round but now that I’m past the crucial point probably not but if so it would be very minimal..He really is my hero.. I am grateful to Dr. Rosique and his team (his wife Dr. Marina Junquiera)..thanks for giving me my life back..xxxxoooo
