I’ve honestly had the most amazing experience with Dr Ovalle. I was in need of some corrections due to a botched job by another Dr and, had a horrible experience previously that frankly left me super traumatized and anxious about undergoing another procedure. From the moment Kitty reached out to talk to me on the phone I knew I would be in good hands. She made me feel comfortable and gave me hope that Dr Ovalle could repair the damage caused by someone else. From the first visit I knew that office was really like a family. They are all so nice and Dr Ovalle has the best calm demeanor. He listened to my concerns, what happened during my previous procedure and really took care of me throughout the entire process. He ensured I was comfortable and my husband was informed. Even after surgery they made sure I was comfortable and doing well. I was so anxious about doing anything ever again after the botched job the previous doctor put me through but, Dr Ovalle really changed that for me.
