WORTH IT
Now, it is time to push the potential to a gym, I use to do powerlifting, than I loss a lot of muscle mass after stopping training hard for 2 years (I use to be much more bigger and stronger than that), the belly fat that I used to carry around my waist for all these years was killing my overall looks. The only thing, I regret so much was not knowing that surgery could do miracles when I was younger.
Luckily, the surgery was done in the nick of time (age 38).
*Here, I weight 218Lbs with a slim waist, much better.

Even after I lost 30 lbs , I still could not look as good as your before we pics. I e never been able to have abs, six pack even when I was a teenager working out.

Thank you so much ! Me neither, I could never have six packs abs, but thanks to the surgery, I was able to get better waist results. Although, I am going to need a tummy tuck and a small BBL, next year (hopefully) to see a 100% legit waist contour with a more pronounce V shape. Though, I carry some lose skin and some fat, especially in the love handles, not quite visible on the pictures, but in a very upclose picture or if I lean left or right my torso, while exercising, we can see it and these little imperfections needs to disappear !

Hi! I have read that you have minor corrections that needed to be done, what were those? Did you pay for it?

The minor corrections was in the upper abdomen quadrant, it was done due to some irregularities. Luckily, I did not pay for it, she did for free ! Dr. Perry is a great doctor, very responsible and methodical. Though, I plan in the future to get a tummy tuck by her, (obviously, in this case, I have to pay for this new procedure) to fully tighten the skin of my abdomen and further pronounce the V taper physique, thus making my waist line much tighter and firmer. It's all part of the plan to further correct my physique in 2022, if everything goes well.

Could you please tell me what were the irregularities? And also you look great! Did you also have the J-plasma? Or just a regular liposuction?

Hi, first of all thank you so much ! I did not got J-plasma, just regular liposuction. The irregularities was caused by a wrong size garment, which caused a midriff in my upper abdomen quadrant. It was not apparent in the mornings, due to lower body water retention, but after some strenuous training, the irregularities would show up badly.

These are the pictures of the aftermath of my liposuction procedure. We get bruises and swellings like if we got into a fight !!!
*This is 1 week after the procedure, so we can expect lots of swellings.
Luckily, I didn't need any pain medications.

The nurse made a mistake, she gave me a small compression garment at first, than in the second week, I got the right compression garment. Nevertheless, I got good results at the end of the line.

This is my old self before the liposuction procedure, I was quite ugly.
*I took my picture in the shadows (by shame)
I know it's a stupid pic, but I was ashamed of myself, so I decided to take it in the dark. I couldn't stand to see that uber ugly tummy.
