How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Just Regret
Unfortunately, this is my biggest regret. Looking in the mirror is a daily reminder of this terrible experience. It has taken me five years to write this review because of the trauma it caused. Not only physically but mentally. I have lost all my self esteem. I'm embarrassed by how I look and because I actually paid my hard earned money to end up like this.

In 2018 I had my consultation and it went fine. I was nervous but the nurse Maria was so sweet she put me at ease and ultimately was the reason I decided to go with Dr. Wigoda. I had "minimal" lipo to my chin/neck area, armpits, abdomen, flanks and inner thighs. Not one area looks better and in fact most look worse. I had wanted a better side profile but the Dr. said that I wasn't a candidate for a neck lift and suggested lipo, saying that hopefully the scar tissue would pull the skin up and give me a better jawline. Not only did that not happen but my neck is uneven and sagging now and has aged me easily 5+ years. My abdomen has multiple cannula marks and the fat I was hoping to have removed is still there. All of my liposuction was done higher up around my rib cage when all my fat is around my lower abdomen and hips.. (Looking back now it seems as though I received generic, assembly line lipo. Not lipo specific to my needs.) So the fat that was left behind now looks exaggerated. My thighs are also completely uneven. All of these results were noticeable immediately after surgery. The doctor told me to wait a year for swelling and final results. I did, without any change. I went back to see him and he said I needed a revision. Thankfully that was done at no charge other than my travel costs. Unfortunately, the revision didn't change much and all the problems are still there. I contacted the office after a few recovery months and they told me I would need to come be seen again in person. I was put off by their attitude at this point as they made me feel like I was somehow a pain for them to have to deal with now that I had poor results. At this point I cut my losses with this doctor as I didn't have any confidence in his ability to fix it with a third surgery. After consulting a few new doctors it is going to cost me about 25K (due mostly to now needing a neck lift!) to fix all my issues. Not only can I not really afford it I am hesitant to go through this process again. I'm giving two stars in my review for the friendly front office staff and cleanliness of the surgical center. But hindsight is 20/20 and looking back I wish I never did this.
