I have indentations in the middle of my foreman and looks really maimed

My review is regarding arm lipo done a few years ago. The procedure looked OK initially, but over time, my arms began to look more and more deformed. Exercise didn't help because the shape of my arms were changed by this bad lipo. I have indentations in the middle of my foreman and looks really maimed. I contacted the Dr and was told this was common (debatable!) and he would do correction at no cost. The admin later sent me a summary which included inclusion of hospital fees etc which added up to about $1000 USD. She was quick to send a Consent form I signed stating that I would pay for required corrections, which leads me to believe they are used to these types of requests. The cost of travel of course would be additional. I do not recommend this Dr for anything other than mid-section lipo. It's very unethical doing a procedure that you know you are not skilled in and not confident in the results. Surgery should be done by specialists. The risk of permanently deforming patients is too great a risk to be doing PAID experiments.
