Sx Pushed Back
I was supposed have sx on June 21st but had a setback. New date! Hoping I’ll be better prepared as well.
Time Off
I’ll be using my PTO to recover but I have 2 questions:
1. If using PTO do you need to let your employer know you’re having a procedure done? Do I need permission/clearance to come back to work?
2. How much time should I realistically take off? I am having surgery on a Friday so I took Thursday and Friday off and the following work week. Is 11 days reasonable?
