So Much Pain and So Many Incisions/scar for Celebrity Arm Lipo

Dr. Su is great! I leave 3 stars not because the doctor is incompetent or the staff is not attentive. I want to warn every petite Asian women for the arm lip surgery. The scars left on both arms are super visible and our skin tone will show the incisions. I am almost 5 weeks post surgery and already developed keloid on 3 out of 10 incisions. (I never have this problem before!) The amount of scars/incisions are too much for me to handle. I should have just do the traditional arm lipo ( just one incision on the elbow area) and the scars will be so much easier for me to handle physically and emotionally. I have already started very first scar laser treatment after 34 days post surgery. The entire surgery is so painful ! It's real painful !!!! If you are sensitive to the pain and is worried about developing scars, please don't do this surgery. I wish I didn't do this surgery at the first place.

Dr. Su's office contacted me the day after my Realself review to discuss my concerns about 10 scar incisions, discoloration and cording. After I provided pictures of how my current scars look like and right armpit discoloration, Dr. Su kindly offered to help me cover majority cost for scar laser treatment. I really appreciated his support and just hope my scars will become less visible in a year or two. I will update my scar laser treatment (done 1 out of 8 treatments) and upper arm lipo result in 2-3 months.

3 months post surgery:

10 scar incisions improved about 12-15% after 2 ematrix and 1 V beam treatments. Most of the Scars are still red and very visible. Right armpit discoloration have improved 40%. One good news is no more cording! I will do another scar management post surgery post in 3 months.
